   We had a great stay at this hotel. Booking directly was very simple and straightforward. Oana M. and Roxanne B. were particularly helpful during the booking process and made everything easy. The on-site staff provided excellent customer service, even though it was a very busy weekend. The rooms were a good size, clean, and well equipped. Booking direct includes free on-site parking, which is a great bonus, although there is also parking available on the road. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and even catered well for vegans. Overall, we were really impressed and would happily stay again.

   We were gifted this experience and my Fiance and I used it for a London getaway! We were very happy with the parking, staff and the room. Parking was very easy to pay for, staff were very accomidating and the food was great. Was about 50 minutes walk and train journey away from Central London which was good for trip out and easy journey back to relax. Would stay again 10/10.

   This location is used for events like weddings and birthdays. The interior is quite beautiful with golden and sparkling chandeliers hanging from the roof top. The wedding I attended was strictly by invitation so not sure if that's the usual process for all events held at the venue. The capacity is moderate and by moderate I mean it comfortably seats 250 guest. There is also a gallery as an extension where guests watch from the screen. Parking can fill up so soon and there are some on the side roads. There are additional parking when you drive in just behind the building. This is a paid parking. Stayed 4hrs plus and it came to £7, which I'd say is OK. There was traffic leading to the venue so best to leave home early depending on where youre coming from. The security officers are quite polite and helpful. I would recommend this place for an intimate party of not more than 250.

   After reading mixed reviews we were apprehensive about our stay. However we were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, tidy and fairly well maintained. Although one big downside was no air conditioning in the room so we boiled all night! All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good and included in the price we paid. Overall good value for money, however the location leaves a lot to be desired

   Lovely building and grounds. Good sized room, massive bed and a comfortable mattress. Decent sized bath and a great rainforest shower. But - sounds from other rooms very obvious so best for someone hard of hearing… I’ll fitting doors so conversations/bathroom fans/toilet flushing/banging doors from other rooms gave disturbed nights. No traffic noise though!

   This Hotel was one of best one I have stayed at so far and I been many bW Hotels in Uk and USA. The Customer Service is on a high level people are caring and helpful. Room was very nice and also they give us complimentary breakfast which really nice of them. I would stay here again if I come back to London. Great Job Prince regent !

   I attended a wedding at the hotel. Event space was stunning. Parking was very easy. The property is blessed with beautiful setting and grounds. Staffs were really welcoming and helpful. Food was great and served quickly. Highly recommend.

   Venue suited our function. Room size on point. Bar area could have been a bit clean, as in the counters. Staff were very helpful overall. Executive bedroom was good for purpose. Bed was cosy and room was clean. Perhaps a fridge would be helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Met an amazing manager, did not get her name. I was feeling poorly in the morning. She attended to me with water, vitamin c tablets and peppermint to inhale. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her. I will call reception to do so. I enjoyed my stay.

   I stayed here in November 2021. They were not cleaning the rooms at the time because of the pandemic. Not great if you are staying a week. The breakfast is very good and the staff around breakfast time are exceptional - lovely, chatty and welcoming. Reception staff are also very accommodating. Location is not great for London as it is a couple of miles to the tube station. I never faced a problem as I always rent a car. There are many convenient restaurants and shops nearby. I've stayed here maybe four times - just out of nostalgia. It is aging and getting through the pandemic has been hard. The room rates are incredible value for money off peak. Just as an update post Covid, your room isn't serviced everyday, one needs to request that the night before. Some people may prefer that, but best to know in advance.
