Great hotel, rooms really clean and reasonably priced. The hotel is located 30 - 40 minutes away from the O2 which was convenient, plus the hotel offers free guest parking and east access to the main roads leading to the O2. Breakfast was decent. Great experience and would stay again.

For the price (good), the room facilities are modern, new, and good condition. Nice bed good ensuite big TV coffee fascilities. Lift was out of order but back on again - same as last visit. Parking good next door but must register. Went to Beefeater next doorfor breakfast not taking walk-ins. Previous visit left waiting to be seated so walked away. A shame as evening food seemed ok.

I stayed for 4 nights and had no issues at all. I was sent a email over a week prior to arrival letting me know the lift wasn’t working so I phoned and asked for a room on the ground floor which they accommodated for with no trouble. The rooms have had a revamp and looked fresh, cleanliness was spot on. Taija on reception was fantastic - very friendly and helpful! I asked for a fresh set of towels and bin emptied mid week and very kindly Taija also tidied the bed up and left a lovely little note. I’ve stayed here several times and I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights in a standard room. A spacious size, very clean, nice bathroom facilities &.comfortable bed. The breakfast & evening meals were very good at the Beefeater. The staff very friendly but were under stress trying to cope, as they were under staffed. Adina at reception was very helpful & friendly. The only issue is the lift not working.

The hotel itself is a slightly above average Premier Inn with really friendly helpful staff. The restaurant on the other hand is a complete and utter shambles. Closing early randomly, advertise breakfast from 6.30 but rarely able to order and receive before 7.00. one day I walked in there and there was only the chef, he was outstanding and when I told him my circumstances and had to leave the hotel by 6.50 to get to my destination on time he sat me down took my order and returned with my breakfast quickly. If you had a few more staff with his work ethic and hospitality skills I would be returning with my colleagues for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately you have lost my faith and we shall not be returning here.

Have had a lovely stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady , Charlotte , on the desk becoming so abusive and walking into my room without asking which i find very strange and concerns me that someone can walk into anyone room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want . Very unprofessional and very angry lady but ive taken this further as this isnt aloud to happen. When checking out late because of this she called the police who didnt turn up as was a waste of there time very strange experience and very abusive. I have had an apology from customer services and premierr inn but im not satisfied with just an apology as im a young mum and this was very scary for me . The rest of staff are so kind. The resturants staff are all so nice and friendly and really good with children too. So welcoming and kind. The manager Sarah is so lovely and has made our stay really nice. The food is also really good and the drinks. Thank you .

The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The big disappointment came when we had our breakfast the following day. It was disgusting to say the least. I have experienced this issue at multiple locations of premier inn where their breakfast is usually served in adjacent restaurants like beefeater etc I made a decision never to book breakfast ever again. You can get much better quality breakfast outside for a little more money.

We had a great stay here. It's standard Premier Inn, I've not had a bad one. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. The Beafeater restaurant was great. Breakfast and evening meals were really good. Plenty of parking. Would be nice to have an EV charging point but plenty of local chargers.

Good easy night stay only reason for rating is because the night I was ment to stay I got a bacterial infection and ended up in hospital most of the night so only had about 5 hours sleep in hotel room before having to leave no fault of the Premier Inn. Rooms are nice and easy stay. Only thing I don't like is the big price difference from booking 2 weeks in advance to just one week in advance just to sleep in a bed.
