Nice hotel literally on the themes, had a room with water front view which was nice. Clean and tidy hotel, lovely spacious bar and lounge area’s. Polite and accommodating employees. Bathroom small but very clean and serves its purpose with what you need. Room was small but again very clean and well presented. The room had no modern usb sockets but was not a problem. Nice view of the city at night from the water front facing room. Worth a stay and would stay again based on this experience..

Had one night here, great location literally on the river. My room was small but very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept right through the night (unusual for me). The downstairs space has a luxury feel to it, open plan, plenty of seating that lends itself well to sitting by yourself or encourages you to speaking with others. Location is great, would definitely stay again. Also the hotel is part of funding schools and training programmes in Guatemala, hence ‘Good’ Hotel

I stayed here recently and had a great experience. The hotel was clean. The room was small but cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay — I’d definitely recommend it to any traveler passing through the area.

We had a wonderful experience at the Good Hotel - we were visiting for work, we all work in a hotel ourselves and therefore notice everything when we stay away. The experience was fantastic - wonderful concept of doing good around the world, lovely touches to remind guests of this. Great location, especially for the Excel, rooms were just what you need, breakfast was even better than we anticipated and the common spaces were fun and relaxing -- staff were 10/10! thank you to everyone that worked the past weekend. Looking forward to our next stay with you - thanks! xx

Really lovely hotel with a lovely ethos. A big shout out to Miss Yap who was working on breakfast duty, she was exceptionally friendly, very hard working and smiley. Our room had a fantastic view of the water, and we had the best time on the roof top bar. The hotel should be renamed, the GREAT hotel!

You need to remember that this is not your regular bricks and mortar hotel. It is a boat, and as such it has cabins and not rooms. Entering your 'room' you might get a shock at the 'small but perfectly formed' area in front of you. The room was clean, modern and you could say attractive. It really had everything that you might need for a short stay. It was obvious that every technique in the book was being employed to make good and clever use of the space. And, by-and-large, it all worked . The reception, bar, and breakfast areas where all very attractive and pleasant locations to be in, and with views over the river. The breakfast was also excellent, with a large and appetising selection. The location is excellent, with the City Airport and public transport within walking distance. Would I use it again? Without doubt I would.

It's my second time stopping at this hotel and there has been a couple of years in between. That in mind it's super encouraging to see that it is just as charming, just as chill and just as stylish. The rooms themselves are nothing to shout about but they're comfortable, relatively clean and come with a great view. The lounge and bar are just the most relaxing places to be. I could spend hours just sitting there, reading and watching people come and go. This hotel is so charming and really.... who needs a TV in their room?

Good location if you need the Excel, not so handy going out and about in London, although near the DLR which was good. Husband booked this as a weekend getaway and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Staff were grumpy (there was one member of staff who smiled and was cheerful the whole weekend). Service charge was automatically added to the food when there was no 'customer service' given. The room was cold, no life to it. Whilst it was large and modern it just wasn't practical. No wardrobe, just hooks in the wall. No TV, which we didn't miss, but would have been nice to have the choice. Refreshments were not replenished (coffee was used and no other sachets were put out for replacements) In the bathroom there was only one hook to hang your towel, so not sure how two are meant to dry after use. I found the experience of the hotel, whilst modern and aesthetically pleasing, lacked warmth and friendly staff. Not a hotel I will be recommending.

Lovely location. Great hotel. Marcel on reception was brilliant. Very friendly and informative. Relaxing areas were nice. Room was perfect overlooking the Thames. Pillows are a little lumpy but bed very comfy. Would happily stay again

Attended a family wedding held at the Good Hotel. Wonderful attention to detail. Every member of staff pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful rooftop bar area was a great setting to welcome guests. Every little detail was perfect for the reception with wonderful views over the docks. Thanks to all staff. You made the occasion perfect.
