I had a very pleasant experience at Premier Inn London Docklands (Canning Town). When I went to reception to ask about the Wi-Fi, Viswa was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. He made everything easy and handled the situation with great professionalism. Staff like this really improve the quality of a stay. Thank you, Viswa.

All i have to say is a massive thank you to Jessica who works om reception. I havent received such a warm inviting interaction with someone when checking into a hotel, she had a genuine warm presence about her and was very professional and kind. Premier inn canning town should be very grateful and proud to have such a great team member. My room was clean and the bed was a dream! Brilliant night's sleep.

Have stayed several times in the last few years and always been pleased with the staff, location, and range of food/drink options. Had to finally review today because I was so grateful for staff's kind support when I stupidly lost track of the fast-filling bath and soaked the bathroom. Reception staff and room cleaning staff were all very kind, and I so appreciate how they handled it in a non-judgemental and light-hearted way. Thanks very much, and I look forward to my next stay (I'll be very careful with the bath next time, promise!).

We stayed 2 nights for my son’s birthday. It was a perfect location for us to then travel into central London. Yes, the hotel is next to an underground/DLR line, however, even though our room faced that way, it did not affect our stay at all. It was not loud enough to keep us awake. In fact, my son, who loves trains was chuffed he could watch them from the window. Katie was amazing! She had to come to the room to make my Sons bed up, she spoke to him about his birthday and when we got back to our room the next day she had arranged for a cake to be left for him. He was over the moon. What a lovely touch! Keneisha and Joshua are also a credit. When we tried to get a table for dinner, Keneisha had to tell us that it was busy so we went elsewhere but decided to have dessert there later on, which was a bit of a wait, but the next day she apologised again and arranged a complimentary drink. Joshua is a friendly face as soon as you walk in. He arranged for extra towels for us, when we wasn’t left any. He looked after our luggage after we checked out. Honestly, we’ll be back. Thank you so much! The staff are a credit and I hope this is recognised!

Self service check in is fine but why do I have to then go and find a rep for room cleaning? Why isn’t it an option in the app or the kiosk. Would it be to make it difficult to ask for, to save money and offer a reduced service? Room cleaning is about the only thing that differentiates a hotel from an AirBnb. Are you sure you’ve got your priorities right? Room was a Premium Plus so slightly larger. Addition of a leaking Nespresso machine to go with a leaking shower structure. Screen didn’t close properly so shower water leaked on the floor. Breakfast ok for price. At least the coffee machine there didn’t leak. Convenient for Excel center and trips to London and connection to London Bridge for inbound flight.

My husband and I came here to London for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful stay! They could not give us the room we originally reserved, however they did give us a partial refund and free breakfast throughout our stay. The room was great and we enjoyed having a tub! Food was good as well, and we loved chatting with Vicky and Tina at the bar- such lovely people! The location was perfect as we had convenient access to the Underground and DLR- getting into the city was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice and modern hotel with a nice view. Right next to Canning Town train station, therefore it has a great location with access to everywhere. The staff was lovely and very helpful during our stay. Great breakfast and dinner options. Our room had a view of the O2 arena which was great. The only minus is that the hotel doesn't have a parking space, but there is free parking around the streets within 5min walking distance

We recently had an extended stay here due to being unexpectedly turfed out of our homes. The premier plus rooms were delightful, the location is two minutes (if that) from the tube station, it’s relatively new and super clean and the breakfast was great. The ability to have rooms cancellable until check-in is very helpful. The staff could not have done more for us and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed - Special thanks to Lorraine and Ashley whose generosity and kindness we won’t forget! Thank you

I want to make a note that the staff at this premier Inn where fantastic, I have stayed in a few recently for work and all have been welcoming but this one was second to none. They couldn't do enough for you and I think that is a rare find in budget friendly hotels. The reason for the lesser star rating on rooms and location is because the hotel is right next to the train tracks, so late into the night and early hours of the morning I could hear the clattering of the trains. Some will find it quite peaceful but for myself it stopped me having a great night sleep. The room itself was nice and the whole hotel was clean and well kept.

Overall good stay. Positioned on the train side, all I can say is; I would not stay here again if the room was on the train side... We were greeted by Merrit on the first night and she was super welcoming and helpful, even at 4am. Then as we stayed, the other staff were all superb. Honestly, nothing too much trouble, and very friendly. I believe another chap that was super helpful to us might have been Anthony. Thanks to all and see if you can stick another pane of glass on those windows!!
