   Giving them two stars because the location is incredibly handy for Liverpool Street station and the bed was really comfortable. Not giving any more than that because the place is falling apart - there was a beeping sound alerting the building to an electricity fault from the moment we checked in until we left on check out, a leak causing water to pour through a light fitting in the communal hallway, filthy carpets and walls coated with flooring materials that were peeling off. Our "garden view" room had a few over some skylights that had fences between them made out of decking? Room itself was unfinished - as were the corridors - theres a sign up saying the corridor is being refurbished but based on reviews from others, it's been like that for several months at least. For this price you can stay in very clean, well-maintaned places a 5-10 minute walk from here, would suggest you do that instead

   No hand soap or body soap in the bathroom when we arrived. I went down to ask, and the receptionist looked annoyed and told me three times that they don’t provide soap. Only after insisting did he finally come up and spend 10 minutes refilling the dispensers. Later that night, I pulled back the duvet and found five big bloodstains on the mattress cover. We ended up sleeping on towels. They changed the sheets the next morning, but that doesn’t excuse it, this should never happen in any hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all unless you’re okay with poor hygiene and bad attitude from staff.

   Used to rely on this place but quality has really gone down a lot and service is poor, rooms stink, no light and not very clean. No proper bathroom or any privacy

   Very reasonable prices for the luggage service, £11 for 2 bags for a whole day using Bounce App and a discount code. Very close to Liverpool Street Station, very fast service. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

   Very good position, so close to Liverpool Street station and National Express coaches. Good hygiene of the room and friendly people. The room is good just to sleep unless you have noisy neighbours, you can hear them breathing

   The fee to keep a luggage is maybe 6 pounds for 1 luggage if you take it out on the same day. I paid 12 pounds for 2 luggages from noon till the evening. It is reasonable and you can find near Liverpool street station.

   I’m not entirely sure where the pictures as shown on maps are of, but certainly wasn’t what I experienced. First and foremost - this “hotel” is NOT wheelchair, pram, small child or anyone with walking impairments friendly. The steps up my room, and the rooms on other floors, are very steep and a potential death trap when carrying luggage. For the price I paid, I would have expected more, considering there are other big brand hotels nearby which are cheaper per night. The room itself was adequate. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was good. The view was comical - looking into other peoples rooms and offices. The one and only staff member I saw was very helpful, but that doesn’t really make up for the building itself. Parting thoughts: I wouldn’t stay here again, unless it was the only place I could book for city centre location.
