An extremely disappointing experience. There was no customer service or aftercare support. The room had no heating and no hot water in the taps, making it impossible to stay comfortably. I ended up leaving after just a few hours and booking another hotel. Despite leaving them a note, no one responded, and there was no reception available at night.
Wouldn't stay stay again it was cheap bed comfer but shower dirty , mould , walls need care , holes near socket dusty , water in shower was like ware nearly cold disappointed, but was for 1 night it was enough said there was a restaurant but was closed so had to get in car closest blue water
I had made a reservation 3th till 4th of august... for the same day Got a reply that my booking for the 12th and 13th of October whas accepted (no refund possible). I arrived at the hotel, big indian wedding on the ground floor... restaurant closed and the parking full of bad parked cars Loud music on and looking for a way to the reception I went inside and asked about my reservation. He checked it and said moving the reservation from October to today was not an option (found out later, he could have done that). I needed to get a refund from booking.com he said, and multiple times I told him that it has a no refund possible saying on the ticked 'So you must make a new reservation for today' was what he said I told him a couple of times I don't want to pay, again... but he kept saying 'there was no possibility at all' Then I told the guy that I will make a new reservation true booking.com as i already did He insisted on paying cash or card there. I didnt took it and started again true booking.com Picket an available room, double checked everything before booking and pressed pay... "room not available" appears in my screen... For sure this guy behind the computer made this happen I told him quite angry that he must make sure this room is available now He checked it and then I proceed paying. This worked this time and i got the key from the room. Pissed I left to the room to check it before getting my stuff for the night. I went in the room, bed with many pillows looked nice First sight... okay... Checked the bathroom... Smelled moist and damp, didnt look very clean and had little funges here and there. Tilework looks super bad, tileglue over all edges to waterproofen previous leaks i guess. Went true this wedding again to grab my stuff for the night and back up again for a shower The moment you put the water on you notice it dousnt really flow away away So had to stop my shower after 10min so i didnt overflow the shower I was done with the day and didnt want to go to the desk anymore to tell them this Next morning i went down with all my stuff and there was another guy then the night before. Told him about the shower and got an 'yes that sometimes happen' Wished him a good day and left Back in the netherlands i contacted booking.com, they told me all ins and outs of what the possibilities were for the hotel hotel They didn't used any of those options They just want to keep your money and hope to never see you again
I stayed at the Green View Hotel for five nights to work with colleague to lives in the area. The staff were amazing, especially Nahid and Arman. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is remote, but that didn't matter for me. The restaurant was delicious!! The price was very fair. I wil stay when I return to work with my colleague again. Thank you!
Very clean, spacious accommodation with parking directly in front of the small hotel. I booked it for my visiting family and we were very happy. The double aspect room for two contained a king size and single bed with TV and small fridge, etc. The room was heated before our arrival to a cosy temperature for winter. Enough room for luggage. Lovely high ceilings with crisp white walls and bedding. The hotel is connected to an Indian Restaurant, but the rooms did not smell of spices at all, in case you were concerned. Flexible booking in and out. Friendly staff. We will definitely use this hotel again.
Had a late booking and late arrival with an even later actual arrival time due to a delayed ferry from France. Very understanding. Clean rooms and powerful shower. Woul I use again. So far I am happy so yes I would.
Very small room. Woken up at mid night someone knocking loudly an what sounded like kicking the outside door. Reception phone ringing constantly an can hear noise from other rooms. To top it off someone's alarm going off at 4am until 5am might aswell been in my room. Would never go back a living nightmare.
Place never answered emails, booking requested for ground floor as wife in wheelchair. I guess they never check email as I emailed at least three times without answer. We were given. a room one the 1st floor and no lift!! Had to wait for a ground floor room to be made up right at the back and difficult to get to with wheelchair. Room very tiny so wheelchair had to stay by door. Very noisy as can hear TV from three other rooms with one left on loud all night till 0750. Radiator in bathroom has no thermostat and cannot be turned off and in the night I burnt myself badly on it getting my wife off the toilet. Had a different room given for 2nd night as was ready to just leave which was better. Cancelled 2nd stay of two nights there on way back out. of the country and booked elsewhere. Rooms were also dirty and clothing was covered in dust when put down on only surface available in first room
Used to be only an Indian restaurant, is quiet nice food. Is now a hotel and a cafe, not the greatest cafe, it’s very over priced. They try to make it look better by saying with the meal you get “free tea or free coffee” is it free? When you’re paying £11 for an English breakfast? That isn’t a free tea or coffee. Just be wary of the prices here, it’s somewhere I’d stay only if I was in the area for business but even then there are probably some cheaper and better options around.
clean room, nice decor, fantastic walk in shower which was hot and powerful. Breakfast good and the Indian Restaurant thats attached is superb, booking a must though, food was delicious, hot and fairly priced. One of the best Indian meals I have had in a while I must say. Thanks for a great stay, when we come up to Brands Hatch we will be back again.
