“Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”

“Very clean, spacious accommodation with parking directly in front of the small hotel. I booked it for my visiting family and we were very happy. The double aspect room for two contained a king size and single bed with TV and small fridge, etc. The room was heated before our arrival to a cosy temperature for winter. Enough room for luggage. Lovely high ceilings with crisp white walls and bedding. The hotel is connected to an Indian Restaurant, but the rooms did not smell of spices at all, in case you were concerned. Flexible booking in and out. Friendly staff. We will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Value for money, have stayed twice in recent months as a stop en route Eurotunnel and will stay again. Rooms appear recently redecorated/carpeted. Comfortable bed. Strong shower and decent towels. Friendly welcome at reception. Dog friendly. Easy 10-15 minutes walk to the Wharf, good bar/restaurant.”

“Wards sold our house but we had a long, difficult experience on the other end when several places we tried to buy fell through, however, the team at Wards kept our chain together and cheerfully persevered through it all. A special mention for Judy, who was particularly amazing - she kept on top of everything like an elite PA! I can’t praise her enough. “My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

Our mind was peaceful whilst on holiday undoubtedly. What really has touched us is how helpful they were when my car got a flat tyre. They changed it manually with the spare one with their friends whilst they were having a birthday party! With the genuine and warm heart, you and your cat will get more than the service in chalet! “I cannot recommend Beeches enough! As a dog owner, you hope that you never need to test a Kennels ability to look after your dog in a crisis but having now experienced it, you really couldn’t be in safer hands than theirs. We landed and arrived on holiday to a voicemail from Courtney breaking the news that our springer had suffered a very short seizure that morning. They already had a vet appointment made with our vet practice and reassured us that whilst our dog seemed a little subdued she was seemingly back to her normal self. They’d even had the quick thinking to video a tiny bit of it to be able to show the vet exactly what had happened. The tests had revealed nothing of concern, fingers crossed a one off event. I cannot fault their service over the next week. From the communication whilst at and after the vet appointment, moving her to a quieter kennel to reduce any stress and the regular updates and little videos of our dog happily wagging and sniffing. It was enough for us to be completely reassured that she was in great hands. Without their amazing service and support, I’m sure I would have cut short my holiday and I will always be so grateful for the love and care they showed our dog. Thank you all.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”
