“We went into a Virgin Holidays travel agent centre today in Bluewater to book our Sept 25 Disney World trip and it was the most lovely experience and I highly recommend! We sat with our lovely agent Chloe and went through every little detail of what we want from the trip, our must haves, and our potentials, and she tailor made a trip perfect for us, that completely matched the cost of what we were looking at for booking separately. Complimentary drinks the whole time, she was able to answer literally every query we had, they had a small kids area where our kids played while we discussed and booked, and it was simply a lovely experience! we’ve never booked through a travel agent before and it was just an incredibly welcoming experience and Chloe was brilliant and so down to earth! I recommend it completely!!”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . “I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! The reassurance that they were happy and cared for was such a relief. Ronnie has a heart of gold and loves what she does. I will definitely leave my babies with Pets be Happy anytime”

“Please don't let bad reviews put you off!! My friend and I booked the room the night before travelling up to London, cheap hotel split between us. We chanced our luck to check in early and was greeted by a lovely lady on the door who gave us access to our room. Room is a good size, clean in all areas absolutely no complaints. Decent shower, fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Towels provided aswell. Perfect if you need a comfortable bed and want good value for money. 10 minute walk to Dartford Station, a shop next door and loads of decent takeaways nearby.”
