   I can not praise this Estate agents enough. We were with another estate agent when we first tried to buy our house and they were terrible. Then after our buyer pulled out we went with Town & City.    I have had an excellent experience using Town and City Homes. Best agents out of 3 more well known that we had round. My point of contact has been Deep. He has been completely honest and upfront at all times. I have had no issues with dealing with him or the company. Any time I couldn't get hold of Deep I left a message and my call was returned immediately. Very response and pro-active agents. Gave the best valuation of my property and within 2 hours of the property going online I had 11 viewing booked. I sold the property and achieved the maximum price with a positive buyer on the 1st open day viewing. I also received 3 other offers. I would highly recommend using Town & City. Deep gave me his word and he delivered on it. Top quality agents.

   We had a previously gone with a better known estate agent thinking it would be a better service and in 7 months only had 4 viewings and no offers. When we marketed with Town and City Homes we had 3 viewings booked within 1 day and an offer recieved on the same day. Deep was completely honest and transparent with us from the start as to what was achievable in the current market. The photos and video taken were outstanding and I have no doubt it was due to the quality of the marketing that we sold so quickly. Luke and Nigel were equally professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services, we would 100% use them again in the future.
