“Really reliable agent with a great selection of prime rental properties, Nadeer the agent who helped us arranged everything was particularly helpful, answered & solved every question with speed, professionalism, enthusiasm, and great attention to detail. Nadeer even volunteered to stay in office after normal work hours just to get things sorted on our move-in day, which would have been a total logistical nightmare without his constant support. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to rent in London.”

“Love this place. It’s my first time traveling to London and I’m very happy with the hostel. It’s very close to King’s Cross St. Pancras station. Easy to go to the British Museum and the Big Ben. Just feel stops away from the major theaters and the Regent street. Perfect if you want to see the famous tourist attractions in London. Facility is adequate, if you are looking for toilets made with gold choose somewhere else, otherwise it has all the facilities you will need. You can freely use the kitchen in the basement floor from 12:00pm. Breakfast is provided at 5.5 pounds. Laundry is 5pounds for the wash and 2 pounds for the dry, very fair price cuz I can chuck all my winter clothes in at once. The room is pretty decent with individual lockers and charging stations for each bed. But be aware that the locker is not big enough to put suitcases bigger than 24 inches. But you can just put your larger suitcases in the open area in the room with your own lock on and it’s safe. Remember to bring a lock for the locker.”

“I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Point A Hotel Kings Cross—and especially with Clara—deserves every bit of praise. Back in May 2025, I had to cancel my long-awaited trip to London due to a heartbreaking emergency: my cat was suddenly hospitalized. I cancelled the trip to stay by her side but my reservation was made via agoda under a non-refundable policy, Clara, with incredible compassion and dedication, went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really meant a lot to us especially both emotionally and practically. Thankfully, my cat made a full recovery in September 2025, and we were finally able to visit London and stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!). Breakfast was a delight each morning and it is free! Lovely pastries, croissants, and a selection of fruits and yogurts that made starting the day feel indulgent. Clara, thank you again for your warmth, your patience, and your passion for helping guests. Point A Hotel is lucky to have you—and so were we. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.”

Even as we were waiting for confirmation she put our phone on charge. Carlos helped us with nearby options for activities. We enjoyed the chat and our room was better than expected. “We visited here for Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas. We were a large group of 10 (adults and children). The venue was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food was delicious and offered alternatives for the vegetarians in our group. Joe Banana was the entertainer for the afternoon and he did not disappoint. The Father Christmas was very good. Plenty of activities for the children to keep them occupied. Would definitely return.”
