   I don't like to give a bad review but I feel that if i didn't then others would go here and be very disappointed. Also, whoever owns this hotel might want to put a few things right. Well you get what you pay for I suppose. Our room was cramped. The paint was peeling off the wall. Thick dust on the fan. The curtains didn't cover all of the window and the cistern dripped all night which was annoying. There was a bizarre fireplace in the bathroom. Our friends room wasn't much better. They were on the ground floor and said it was very noisy outside all night.

   Please don't let bad reviews put you off!! My friend and I booked the room the night before travelling up to London, cheap hotel split between us. We chanced our luck to check in early and was greeted by a lovely lady on the door who gave us access to our room. Room is a good size, clean in all areas absolutely no complaints. Decent shower, fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Towels provided aswell. Perfect if you need a comfortable bed and want good value for money. 10 minute walk to Dartford Station, a shop next door and loads of decent takeaways nearby.

   Inexpensive solution to a need for accommodation in this area. No parking but plenty of spaces in neighbouring streets. Under refurbishment at present, en-suite bedrooms with WiFi and TV / tea and coffee etc. Very clean.

   A great hotel for commuters and business travellers. Looking at the below reviews, i don’t feel they are a true reflection of what Fulwich is like. As a Graduate Building Surveyor who travels from Essex to Kent i stay in the Fulwich most weeks. My stay has always been pleasant. The rooms are spacious, fairly modern and with all amenities you would require. Rooms are regularly cleaned on daily basis and Lisa (landlady) is very welcoming and would always deal with any queries promptly. The location is great - only 15 mins walk to Dartford town centre and parking isn’t an issue as most streets are non- restrictive. The value for money is definitely a large factor here and for a hotel that is placed within excellent commuter infrastructure, the cleanliness, amenities and service - you couldn’t find anything remotely as good as Fulwich for the rates they charge. I love this historic property and have become a regular here (subject to their availability). In a summary, this place is a bargain and you would be stupid looking elsewhere for same value, because you won’t find it!

   Wouldn't find myself going back to this place. Parking is difficult, and reception closes at 2230hrs. Which then means occupants are free to do whatever they want including making noise and disrupting other occupants. Convenient for corner shop and thats about it.
