She also understood the added complexity of involving our parents and handled it with real care and empathy.    Wards sold our house but we had a long, difficult experience on the other end when several places we tried to buy fell through, however, the team at Wards kept our chain together and cheerfully persevered through it all. A special mention for Judy, who was particularly amazing - she kept on top of everything like an elite PA! I can’t praise her enough. I’m convinced that we’re only in our new house today because of her Herculean efforts.

   So Far So Good. I first met Shannon in person at a house viewing which probably took a little longer than usual as I wanted to check some measurements as well as check all aspects of the house. Throughout the viewing she was helpful and patient. This has paid off as I am now buying the property. During the initial process she has been very quick to respond to all my questions and has progressed and chased other parties to get everything moving forward. Based on my experience to date I would recommend both Shannon and Wards to anyone.

   Grace has been an amazing lady throughout our sale. She has been my rock, as it has been a bumpy ride with our solicitor to say the least! Grace has been so supportive, kept me updated, reassured me and helped me no end when I was stressed. She will always explain what is happening, when I have needed it, in terms that I actually understand. I feel as though not only has she been my agony Aunt but has become a friend. Grace has been through every emotion with me, has always checked back to see if I was ok, which proves what a caring, thoughtful, lovely person she is! She goes above and beyond her job role, Grace is a credit to Wards, they are so lucky to have her as part of their team. Shannon has been a great help to me when I have phoned the office, always cheerful and friendly, always a pleasure to speak to her. I also feel that Paul definitely deserves a mention too as he has been so supportive to me, again so so helpful and nothing seems too much trouble, even phoning to check how things are going when it’s not going to plan! I always feel that he is very approachable and will always give me great advise. These three members of your staff are a credit to Wards. Even though they must be very busy people, they have always found the time to speak to me for as long as I have needed them to. I can not praise them enough!!!! Thankyou again, Chris
