    Reception Staff are atrocious, they are lazy and don't want to do any of there jobs, thank god travel lodge are taking over hopefully they get rid of all the old and bring in new, all they seem to want to do is hang out on the deck with each other and eat, I've even witnessed them set up a ring camera so that they only have to go to the desk if someone comes. I also hear them complaining about the housekeepers because the reception staff don't want to hoover, mop or replace toilet rolls saying that them jobs should be down to the housekeepers who already have enough work to do. Your reception staff are lazy!

    My experience with this hotel was disappointing. I had booked my stay online, but due to the red wind alert on January 24, 2025, my flight from Ireland to London was canceled. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel my booking because the severe weather had caused power outages where I live. Despite the circumstances, the hotel still charged me €200. When I called to inquire about the charge, they simply stated it was their company policy. I was extremely upset and frustrated, but there was nothing I could do, so I had no choice but to accept it and move on. I just wanted to share my experience.

    Budget hotel, so reasonably priced. Bf not included. Clean and functioning room. Good shower, comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. TV in room. We had an issue with our TV so reception moved us to another room. They were very helpful. Would return and recommend.

    Friendly reception staff but not professional. Room comfortable, clean but bathroom not so clean, only had small towels no bath towels for shower. Very noisy from road traffic, thought we had a window open. Restaurant service staff was friendly but not professional. Breakfast was plentiful but basic.

    Great friendly staff, but it's probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Also the food is ok.

    Stayed four nights. Good location near Dartford crossing and Bluewater is 5 drive mins away. Room was quiet, despite the proximity. The cleaners did a great job and the reception/restaurant staff were very helpful. One slight down side was the shower bath arrangement.

    It's a really nice hotel/restaurant. The rooms are very neat and comfortable and the environment is Serene. A must visit.

    Checked all good but that was the only good thing about this hotel. Nice a board REASTURANT CLOSED. We get point3d in the direction of our room, out of reception turn right. We find a door with an electronic door lock. Place our door card to the reader nothing do it several more time's only to go back to reception for assistance. Reception come out & just pull the door. The reader lock is broken. Bare this in mind as this door leads to all rooms on 3 floors, nice security, NOT. Get to the room, hmm book for 4, the room I saw was a double & 2 singles in a side room, o no not a chance, all beds in the same room. The room is chilly even with the electric wall heater on. The windows are drafty. The room was clean & and tidy, but WOW, the deco is shocking back in the 80's. A bathroom light, when turned on flickers, went to reception for someone to come have a look, no maintenance at the weekend. The shower curtain needs a change, BUT the shower was very powerful. A disappointment really & will not be coming here again

    I stayed one night that was way too long... Good points the guy serving in the bar was friendly and provided great service. Bad points the bed was dreadful. The mattress was very worn and had become very soft. The mattress was covered with a sheet that was so itchy to the point where I thought I was going to get bed bugs. I slept on the duvet. I paid for breakfast and the cold part the continental breakfast and the coffee was great but 'full English' was dangerously under cooked. The bacon had been put in a pan to get marks but hadn't been cooked along with hash browns. The sausages were just dreadful. Baked beans were from the night before.
