   My wife and I recently visited the TUI Bluewater store to book our holiday to Thailand, and we were served by Grace. From start to finish, she was exceptional. We went back and forth on different hotel and flight options more times than I'd like to admit, but Grace never once made us feel rushed or inconvenient. She was patient, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how far she went to make sure we were completely happy with our choices. She explored every option we asked about, offered helpful recommendations and handled all our requests with a calm professionalism that made the experience effortless. She truly went above and beyond and thanks to her, we left the store confident and excited about our holiday. Grace is an absolute credit to TUI and we couldn’t be more grateful for her support. Highly recommended.

   Soo happy !! I recently booked a holiday to Gran Canaria for next year through TUI at Bluewater, and the experience was absolutely fantastic thanks to Carl. He found us an amazing deal that we couldn’t pass up. Their customer service was top-notch he listened to everything we wanted and made the whole booking process incredibly easy.    Had the most amazing holiday with Celebrity Cruises, all thanks to Carl S. at TUI Blue Water. Nothing was too much trouble, not only was he knowledgeable about the cruise company but was able to give copious amounts of relevant information about the various stops along the way. He talked us through what to expect, how on board credit works and dealt with all and any queries we had swiftly and efficiently. Will definitely be asking for Carl next time! Five star champion!

   Excellent customer service. Popped in on the off chance to explore their deals for holidays in September. Was greeted by a lady who checked us in and told us to return when they give us a call. Within 10 minutes we had a call and we was introduced to a lovely lady called EMILY who was happy to help us. Explained to Emily a few of our requests and we filtered through many holidays. After a few ifs and buts we eventually found a fantastic holiday for an excellent price too. Emily made sure everything was perfect for us by checking the trip advisor reviews, travel time from the airport, weather and things to do within the area. Thank you Emily.

I was served by Sharon who was so lovely and helped us look through a number of different holidays destinations, finding amazing hotels to our criteria, all within our budget!
