   I’d highly recommend Land Estates, especially Lewis. My flat sale has been a long and stressful process for reasons completely outside of the agent’s control, but Lewis kept everything on track from start to finish. His communication has been brilliant throughout — always quick to reply, always keeping both sides updated, and always calm and professional even when delays dragged on. He found me a buyer quickly, gave me the highest valuation compared to other agents, and their fees were the lowest too. Most importantly, he kept my buyer happy and on board the whole way through, which honestly made all the difference. Really appreciate all his help. Would definitely recommend Lewis and Land Estates.

   I had a wonderful experience as a first time buyer with Land Estates. After having a previous sale fall through, I was slightly apprehensive about the process . However, I must say that Lewis is a star. His communication skills, professionalism, kindness and patience is second to non. I had dealt with a previous estate agent company and Land Estates exceeded my expectations . Secondly, I strongly appreciated how adaptive they are when it comes to means of communication. Emails are easier for me to access than calls and Lewis promptly picked up on this and used this as the means of communication . Lewis deserves a promotion as far as I'm concerned- he is an asset to the team and is clearly dedicated in his profession. He has fantastic negotiation skills and is able to promptly address any issues in order to maintain the sale. Thank you so much! The complimentary mini can of Strongbow was a mini celebratory token which I was grateful for when I got the keys !

   We highly recommend Land Estates and had an amazing experience with the Land Estates team from start to finish. Lewis and Kim were very professional. Once we instructed Land Estates, photos, and the advertisement were promptly published and within a couple of weeks, Lewis secured us with good tenants for the property. Exceptionally, we felt as though he was looking after a family member. Throughout the process, we were kept informed of the viewings and potential tenants and Lewis has also been very helpful in assisting with some administrative matters of a new build. It is very reassuring to have Land Estate managing our property and we would happily recommend them.

   The Land Estate is an amazing agency. I’ m saying that because recently I bought a property and theoretically we weren’t a client but Mr Powell and especially Ms Harris were professional towards us. They we’re replying very fast to our email when questions were raised and always keeping in touch with us and not because of we were buying a flat just because they care, which is very hard to find someone like this which doesn’t know you but trying to help you in getting everything done properly. I can say for sure that, if we ever need an estate agent, we would like to have them as we now know that Ms Harris will go extra mile for their clients and gets the job done.

He gave an honest valuation as opposed to others who just seemed to be in a hurry to obtain our business. From that point on Donna and her team look after us every step of the way, offering advice and helping to solve problems within the chain. If you are thinking of selling I would highly recommend the team at Land Estates who were a pleasure to work with.

   Donna and Lewis are a fantastic team, Lewis with his quiet professionalism, Donna with her tenacity and cheerful support for us. It took a long time to sell our property due to the state of the market, buyers having to pull out etc. but with their help we got there in the end. In a perfect world all Estate Agents would be like Land Estates.
