Right I've never been so disgraced in my life. The rooms are god awful and there was a term under the pillow waiting to be found BY ME. I was shocked I had never seen such foul stuff ever. Also there is stray rats in the room harvesting on the nibbled wooden flore and my cliths DO NOT STAY HERE
Few hundred bed bugs to a room + 3 bunk beds to my room = have to share a room with another 5 total strangers, Who all cook in the same room which most meals is some African fish dish that smells very very strong. And if that's not enough to stop you, I killed at least 12 large bed bugs on the first morning I woke up. After 3 days I stopped counting at 40+ You have to sleep fully clothed but you will still be eaten alive. :)
PLS READ!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! The hostel does not have any sign so it’s impossible to find it without asking people. When we arrived they didn’t answer the door nor the phone, and when they finally did (like 30 minutes after…) they told us we can’t stay because of overbooking (we booked a month in advance). When we got in the hostel to request a refund they refused and offered us a bed in a nasty shared bedroom. I was only there for an hour arguing with the hostel manager and omg the place was nasty idk how to describe it, basically a crackhouse full of rats and cockroaches. It’s better to sleep in the streets than to stay in the hostel.

Horrible I been book long time ago... When I let them know about I running late them told me your name is in the system but we are full and is your problem Rude staff!!
If there was an option to put no stars, I would have. This establishment should close! Don't be fooled by the photos, just the entrance "hall" was disgusting: dirty, bad smell. The place is literally unsanitary. Spare yourself this experience. Luckily for me, I canceled my reservation the moment I saw the state of this dump, since of. anyway, I didn't have a bed. Thank you to the poor receptionist present who was very kind. To flee. Because even at this price you don't want to sleep here.
BE WARY OF BOOKING THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They are stringent with the check-in times so, if for any reason you are delayed, they will not allow you to check-in and deem you a no show. Save yourself the hassle and ensure that anywhere you book has a 24hr manned desk else, you will be paying for this oversight as I and others have done. Poor establishment service.
Please, please, please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT STAY here. I turned up after a long day, expecting to be shown my bed, only to be told by the very unempatitic staff member that my bed had been resold due to a block booking. I booked through Agoda who should this awful establishment off their site. It looked dirty and I regard the above as a blessing in disguise. I have yet to receive a refund too.
