   I've been on holiday to Killarney 16-20 July 2025, and it was a fabulous time. One day my husband became ill and he stayed in the hotel . During the day I couldn't get a hold of him ,I couldn't get through to the hotel. The bus driver Corey was amazing he phoned the hotel and asked them to do a welfare check on him . I couldn't thank him enough for all his help. For the rest of the Holiday Corey would check on him to make sure he was fine.when we got back to the UK my husband was admitted to hospital. Once again Thankyou to Corey

   My husband and I went on the York Xmas Market Trip yesterday. We cannot praise Jones holidays enough. From start to finish it was a completely professional and joyful experience in every way. The coach was perfect and the seats so comfortable. Plus a toilet on board which is a bonus. They go out of there way to make sure everything is perfect and that you are comfortable. We cannot wait for our next trip as we enjoyed it so much. It was our first coach trip with Jones Holidays and will definitely not be our last.

   A group of 8 of us set off for a weekend with Jones Coaches. We went to Warwick on the first afternoon then to our hotel the Best Western in Stourport on Severn. The next day we went to the Birmingham Christmas market and on the last day we stopped off in Ludlow. The Birmingham market was a disappointment mainly German bear and food, no nice gifts stalls but Ludlow was lovely and this finished our trip off nicely. The coach driver Bernie was informative and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and the food was very good. All in all we had a really good time and would use Jones again with no hesitation.

   Manchester Christmas market shopper day trip.. Booked from colwyn bay, pick up time 7.25am eta 11am? There is 7 stops after us giving us an estimated travel time of 4hours to do a 90mile trip to Manchester usually taking just over an hour.. We have a pick up time of 4pm. Spending 8 hours on a coach to go 90 miles is just something I don't think is fun. Taking most of the day in travel time.. We where told 3 days before after calling to check itinerary so we missed the 2week cancellation time. Not great..company said there is nothing they can do and its at our risk, multiple pick ups after, extending the journey.

   Had a fabulous day out with Jones Holidays. A trot over to Barmouth. What a qaint old place that is. Jason ,our driver was very pleasant. Right amount of chat, some drivers yammer on but Jason gave you what u needed, pointed few specific places and let you be. Also he was a very accomplished driver.
