   Two months and counting since I claimed for my broken phone and they said they were sending me a new one. Two months and nothing but excuse after excuse. I think they just want to delay and stall me until I give up so they don't have to pay out. Absolute joke.

   Terrible service and completely pointless, Poorly detailed claims process, 2 days for them to process the claim, £50 excess then 7 days to carry out the repair. The money I have spent on the policy over 2 years + the £50 excess would be sufficient to cover the repair. I am more disappointed with the time they have quoted to turnaround the repair and the policy is not what I expected.

   Even though it's 2018, I do struggle with technology, but the guys at Captain Cover sorted it all for me and made it straight forward. The pricing is also very reasonable which made life a little easier.

   Not so good when you try to claim for a lost handset. Captain Cover will forward to to a company named Trent then after that your details are passed to a 3rd party who in return call you. Technically you have to explain in detail to 3 different businesses. Yet still waiting to see if i get a replacement. Remember guys cheaper policy's isn't always the best value for services.
