Have to visit pharmacist on a weekly basis for a number of years now, had some really bad experiences with incompetent and demeaning staff. Not here at Golborne though such a fantasic laid back team.
Phoned the pharmacist to ask how to go about a change in taking tablets following a TKR after experiencing side effects on one of the tablets prescribed. The Pharmacist was a delight to deal with, She was extremely Polite, Professional and very Friendly An absolute joy Sincere Thanks
Great having a chemist that opens late. Staff are great and knowledgeable and no long queues.
Amazing service. Called them 30 minutes before closing as needed prescription formula for my son as I had dropped my last tub, he managed to put it through as an emergency so I didn’t have to pay the high price. He went well above and beyond for me and waited so I could get there just before closing. Sorry I didn’t get your name but thanks so much, you were a superstar and I appreciate it very much. Genuine lovely person who wanted to help. Credit to the pharmacy.
No issues veey good service Very polite staff
Disappointed told close at 10pm after ringing them at 9.20pm to check had the antibiotic and needed to get from Wigan infirmary to them to find at 09.50pm they had looked up and just leaving as I pulled up thanks for stay open till your stated time of you planned on leaving early you should of said on the phone
Not much stuff in at all what chemist doesn't have cold sore cream need to stock up on shelf's too
Never ever answer there phone and the opening hours are not what they say it is a disgrace of a chemist really needs a staff overhaul I think
Amazing customer service! I visited this pharmacy today after being let down by my online pharmacy and then a local one. The staff were personable, professional and really went out of their way to help, including sorting out the issues caused by the previous pharmacy. Such understanding and service is rare indeed, I highly recommend this pharmacy.
