   Nice people on the spot but the system us a total joke. First was advised to book corporate vaccination in the vaiting list. Noone came back in more than a week. After calling back to the farmacy to understand what is going on, was informed that they are not seeing vaiting list (why you have such a function on the website then?) and was advised to book the online appointment for flu vaccination. When I came at the booked time, pharmacist on the counter was much surprised that I had a booking for this date because they have covid vaccination at the moment and can not make a flu vaccine. It is ended with the new appointment booked in the paper journal of the lady who make vaccines (hello 2025 year, the era of digital technology and first in class electronic health systems). If online booking is not working as it supoused, just delete this funtion on the website!!!!

   It used to be great but lately you have to go back for the prescription because they couldn't get it or the orders didn't come through. I hope they will be able to get back on track to were they were. So good luck to them

   I visited the pharmacy last week for a prescription. There were at least four staff in the shop and no customers. On entering, not one single pharmacy assistant made eye contact, nor looked up and smiled, even to acknowledge my presence and advise that they would be with me soon. I continued to be ignored for quite sometime, so I left the shop after receiving no acknowledgement of my presence. I presume that one of the staff must have been the pharmacy manager in charge and find it unbelieve that they could allow this behaviour to happen. For a public service, it is extremely unprofessional for staff members working in a chemist not to acknowledge and smile at customers, who are potentially unwell, when they enter the premises, even if they staff are currently doing something. I have worked for the NHS for a number of years and have never witnessed this type of behaviour where people are blatantly ignored, I am not sure if they are aware but this type of behaviour is a form of bullying. This would never happen to a person, or even work colleagues, who come into our building. I certainly will be reporting this incident to NHS England.

   This Pharmacy is by far the best I have ever used.Everything is sorted as quickly as they can.Drivers have an exceptional manner along with the staff in the Pharmacy.Nothing is too much trouble and they are helpful in every way.I am relatively new to the area and have difficulty getting out..They are an exceptional team..Thank you all
