   Glad I don't come here much and glad to say never again! You can see staff clearly don't want to help it's a terrible service they don't care and look very unhappy, won't be going again.

   Do not use! Been told 10 mins wait for prescription to be ready - that’s fine. I was first one in, 7 people walked in after me and been served within 5 mins. I went to ask about mine 25 mins later and it was there ready for me but they were just not bothered to shout my name and give it to me! Is that what you do if someone doesn’t have to pay for the prescription? Absolute joke, always an issue this place - I didn’t even get an apology but blame ‘oh you must have not heard it’ I WAS SAT ON THE 1ST CHAIR IN FRONT OF YOU! Watching you chat none stop!

   As a clinically extremely vulnerable person i was invited to book Flu and Covid vaccines , i work for the NHS as a Nurse so have face to face contact daily. The Chemist was disorganised and then told me he wouldnt give my covid jab as he knew better than the rest of the NHS .Hopeless ! ,now i have to start again and book elsewhere after wasting time off to attend Cohens.

   Needed an urgent prescription item for an appointment today and my usual pharmacy didn't have it, but the staff here were excellent. Very helpful, very friendly, and they held the last one they had of the item aside for my wife to collect.

   Being my wife's sole carer, I depend on a reliable delivery of our prescriptions, after horrendous service from our previous nominated pharmacy. Only been with Cohens for just over 4 weeks so up to press everything has been satisfactory. Excellent staff with good telephone manner when you ring them, a rarity nowadays.

   The new pharmacist/manager is fantastic a lovely man that’s very helpful I had a sore ear and he looked at it and gave me some sample cream free to try he couldn’t of been anymore helpful we need more caring people like him.

   Everytime I come in for whatever medication same day or day after its prescribed its always; for me a "ten minute wait" there's two other customers in the shop today who've also probably been waiting the same time. I no longer use this chemist for my medication as its staff professionalism and productions is all very poor. The head pharmacists both seem helpful and respectful. I use boots atherton I've never been made to wait, and they always have the items I need. You're better off walking to boots for prescription and genepral health care products asyoull save money too.
