Polite and very attentive, professional staff. Used them for over a year now and never had any problems with mine and my partners prescriptions.
Bad customer service when I collect the medication . I have provided my information (DOB) to her clearly. The lady don't understanding what I talking about. After that the lady was lip snacking to me then pass the post-it to me to fill in the DOB. Her behavior made me feels uncomfortable and discriminated against.

Update Aug 2022.....We have been using Well Golborne for a number of years now and being as objectively accurate as possible I haven't got a bad word to say about the service level, their courteous nature and professionalism. They have to deal with various GP surgeries (No doubt of varying quality) and the inefficiencies of the NHS and still manage to do the things they say they'll do, get things on time and do everything they can to help out if you have trouble not caused by them. My wife has needed medical services for the last 20 years so I have a lot of experience with chemists and these guys are head and shoulders above any other chemist I've used in two decades. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Nice staff and well stocked. The only disadvantage between this and its nearby rival is an earlier closing time.

Very polite lovely staff. Very quick service. In and out quickly. Seems well organized. Nothing seems to much trouble for them. Very helpful. There's a small selection of gifts, shampoo, flea treatments for cats and dogs. A range of reading glasses. Candles, face masks. Pain killers ect. No parking outside. But a side street at the side has a free parking car park and if you're quick you could park on the small residential street very nearby. Or even bump up on the pavement as a large area to do so outside. But not officially a parking space. Have seen the pharmacy van do it!
