   Always happy to call here. Super efficient can be busy but that's because they are good. Plenty staff to step in and always greeted as soon as you step up to the counter. Sometimes there's a wait but if you don't have time pick a better less busy time to call. They are serving the Drs surgery also, so to be expected. I moved pharmacies to here from Ashton because of bad service and organisation. At Brian Donlans I've never had any regrets. So for ppl complaining you can't have anything else to moan about.

   Went to my pharmacy this morning was first in the que 8 am pharmacist waved me in politely had to be in work for 8.30 I’ve been using this pharmacy since 2018 the man behind the counter was a proper gentleman he came a served me he knew why he did I no why he did he just acted like men should your a fine example of a man and as for the rest of the staff there always very polite and helpful over the years I’ve used this chemist I’ve seen and heard for myself some of the foul and Abusive language they suffer like at 8 am this morning but as I’ve always seen always been dealt with a professional smile well done for the excellent service you do provide ❤️

   Only used this pharmacy for a week !! The pharmacist thinks shes a doctor and will go over your doctor ! She even disgusts your medication and your needs in front of a packed pharmacy even though she could take you in a private room !! Formal complaint has gone in !!!!!!! In my opinion I will never use again

   Great Pharmacy, Great Staff, and Great Service. Went to see the Pharmacist with a bad Mosquito bite on my neck, looked at straight away by Chris and his team, was advised to go straight to Doctors as the bite needed Antibiotics and Antihistamine’s. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them, they also are great with my wife who is a Cancer patient. Five Stars *****. New Review:- November 2021- Once again I can only comment on my experiences with Donlans Chemist. Which I find to be absolutely excellent, under the circumstances that we are still in at the moment. Nothing is ever to much trouble for Chris and his team, and if they are short of any medications they always order them and inform us when they are ready. It’s always a Pleasure to see Debra on the front desk who is always smiling , helpful and professional, given the circumstances and pressure.
