Lovely helpful staff, sorted my prescription and even delivered as incapacitated at moment, very happy with service

I find the staff pleasant and patient. The pharmacist took time to look at an injury I had recently and advised what care was needed.

My recent experience is not good. This is my nominated pharmacy and on the last 3 occasions I have visited at 9am it has still been closed as the Pharmacist has not arrived. This has led to me going without prescribed medication and or being late for work. Yesterday I arrived at 9.14 and the door was locked and serving staff just looked at me. As i had previously been told they don't let customers in until Pharmacist arrives, I didn't wait. I am aware I can get my prescription sent to a different pharmacy. I realise staff are busy, you can tell by their demenor. But if they don't answer the door or as I've heard others commenting to pharmacy staff that they can't get through on the phone. I have gone with out my medication now for 3 days. This Pharmacy could do better. Considering we should support local businesses Manor pharmacy in Daisy Hill are not making that easy.

Appalling service due to being given somebody else's medication. When I got home and realised their mistake I phoned to inform them. I was passed to another member of staff as the original one couldn't understand my problem? After explaining again she asked could I return the wrong tablets & pick mine up, which I did. I was being disscused as I arrived and they quickly went quiet when the woman who made the mistake spotted me. The main man then told me I could have bought my prescription cheaper over the counter and would I like a refund. I refused and questioned why I hadn't been told by the woman earlier. No reply was forthcoming. On getting home it actually got worse. My tablets had been opened and I'd been given 14 of the 30 that come in the bottle. I understand that I'd only been prescribed 14 by the GP but 1st have the decency to tell me it's cheaper over the counter and don't take 16 of my tablets and flog them to another prescription paying customer. Basically getting Β£20 for a bottle of 30 vitamin D tablets is cheeky to say the least. There was no apology for giving me somebody's anxiety medication instead of my vitamin tablets. Your lax attitude to what could have happened if I'd swallowed 2 of them was rather poor. Don't have staff dishing out medication if they are not up to it, the consequences could be fatal. Needless to say you are not my nominated chemist anymore.

Usually find the staff fairly helpful, however had a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy. Went to pick it up and they'd closed for dinner. What business in 2022 still closes for dinner instead of splitting the dinner times of the staff to remain open? Very poor service to just close in the middle of the day.

Appauling, need to reveiw there procedures. constantly losing scripts, dispensing to wrong patients, denying and blame culture, always the patients fault, never apologise for there mistakes..This time I ended up in hospital because it took two weeks to get me my prescription.. Im home now so id thought rather than go to the chemist and complain as its a waste of time id leave a review instead at least it will put people off and they will pick a ifferent chemist

Shocking service, primarily the older chap, grey hair. Listen to how he talks to people, no hellos, thank you, or kiss my.... Called him out on it before and it's like he's unaware of his conduct. What baffles me even more is the male pharmacist l, who I presume is owner/manager seems to not care. As others have said, find somewhere else if you can.

Went yesterday for my flu jab, I rang last wk and explained in detail the medical reason for me needing it,and was given appt, when I arrived at thePharmacy yesterday I gave my name and reason for me being there, the young girl went to back of the shop and told the pharmacist I was there, I heard him askin her to ask me why I was there ,and seemed very confused as to why I was there , she eventually came back n I had to tell her my medical condition and Was asked To fill a form out, I had my flu jab n as I was goin I heard the same young girl say to the pharmacist, β€œ there’s another woman here now for her flu jab. I feel there was no confidentiality at this pharmacy,Id already explained to the pharmacist in detail last week over the phone and presumed they would at least have noted all this, there was a cubicle where I had my flu jab, surely medical issues could be discussed in confidence in there rather than discussed in the shop, I found the staff to be very unprofessional and I won’t be returning.

Staff are very rude and unwelcoming. I will now be changing Pharmacies for my regular prescriptions. The young girl doesn't acknowledge you when entering and leaves you standing there. Been going there for a few months and they have never been customer focused. Everything seems to be such a effort for them.
