   Placed an order for click and collect had an email saying my order was on its way then no communication at all I waited and waited but nothing ! I had to then contact Superdrug to chase it up to be told my order was lost I have no idea why they didn't let me know about my parcel the girls in customer service were great though and gave me a fast refund but the wait of ten days to get it is not great .

   Tried to buy an over the counter product but was told due to pregnancy they could not sell me the item and I would need to consult a GP as they need to advise and monitor, which is understandable. I spoke to my GP who then issued a prescription for the item in question. When I tried to obtain the prescription the chemist says they can not issue the prescription as they sell the item over the counter... how am I supposed to obtain this if they refuse to sell or prescribe it to me? Ridiculous
