   A proper Chemist! Their customer service is excellent, providing essential medication to the community, and always delivered in a friendly and welcoming manner. The team are prepared to 'go the extra mile', particularly to source medication that isn't in stock. The Pharmacists are proactive in explaining new medication and follow up to check things are okay. Highly recommend .

   Most staff are very pleasant, however despite have a clear prescription collection desk and a sales desk for purchases, which gives the impression there is a two queue system. This is not the case they operate a single queue system although this is not sign posted. And I was given attitude when I politely indicated the mix up and asked to be served in my rightful place in the queue, with my social anxiety this nearly brought me to tears in public. I feel that you should make it unequivocaly clear that you have a single queue system in the future to avoid these situations. I feel the way I was spoken to and the way the staff member dealt with it was rude and unnecessary. Room for improvement

   I switched to this pharmacy two years ago from a terrible one, and it turned out to be the best choice I ever made. The service is fantastic, and even though the staff is quite busy, they always do their best to assist customers, based on what I've seen. My medications are always prepared and communicated to me on time. Thank you, team Cohens Westbrook

   The staff are very friendly, helpful even when they are extremely busy they still have time to say hello, never had any problems with my medication and I've been really poorly too. I'd recommend this pharmacy to everyone

   Extremely poor first experience. I had booked online for a private flu jab (booked almost 2 weeks in advance), received numerous email and text confirmations including an appointment reminder the day before my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment to be told they aren't taking private appointments anymore! Don't let me book one if you aren't giving them, absolute waste of my time!

   Can't really fault Cohens as the outlet is usually well stocked for most over the counter items and prescriptions can be sent directly from your GP. The text service indicating that a prescription is ready is very handy and the staff have always been helpful and pleasant. Just remember that Google doesn't accurately reflect that the pharmacy closes for 1hr between 13:00 & 14:00 hrs.for lunch break.

   We have always used this chemist and the staff are lovely but since we started using the delivery service things have gone wrong and we have been backwards and forwards, I do hope in future we can feel assured our medication can be sorted out without any problems. Otherwise we have always had great service here with caring staff .

   I can't understand some bad reviews as we've always had great service since using this Pharmacy from the first lockdown. Well organised, ensured distance and only two in at once. All this was much welcomed after my last two experiences with a Boots pharmacy and another one. They also text to let you know everything's ready and is prepared quickly
