   Not worthy of any stars. Staff always laughing, giggling, whispering, messing your prescription up as per usual. Rang about my prescription the other day - it had been lost. Rang back to see what was happening only to be told that the woman "manager" had taken me off their list. If I was the Boss they would all be sacked. Utterly useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   For the 4th time in recent times, I have run out of my medication!! I rely on Warfarin amongst over 11 other items! The GP always requests the script in good time and up until December 2024, I never needed to chase it up. Unfortunately, this is not now the case! I pay for the chemist to deliver to me! This is causing great stress as I am not always able to pick the items from the shop! What is happening with the ordering system? I tried to ring to check the current situation but nobody ever picks up or answers!! Please get this sorted as I cannot be the only person with this problem!!!!!

   Not the service I would expect from a chemist waited over 1 and a half hours for a prescription that should of already be done for collection. When asked after waiting for a long time, I got shrugged at seeing other customers arrive after me come and go was told just needed signing off. Asked for the final time to see a member of staff take the slip out of the basket left on the side. Couldn't even be honest and say they forgot to do it. I would avoid this chemist USE to be the best in the area not sure what's happened!

   Slow, waited for over 30 minutes 1st day to find out they did not have all my prescription items, told they would have a delivery next day at 11am, would I come in after 12pm so they had time to dispense it, left it until 1pm to collect , still was not ready, told there was a 45 minute wait, only when I made a fuss was it dispensed after 5 minutes. Receptionist was very polite but gave a long list of excuses. Won't be using this pharmacy again.

   Won’t be bothering using this pharmacy again. Terrible service and slow. You would think that your prescription would be ready for you after ordering it 5 days before. Lots of staff standing around chatting in the back. Also the lady on the till comes across as rude and unprofessional.

   Used to be a good pharmacy and staff. Been taken over by Hollowood chemists and gone down from there. All the excellent staff have left.

   this is for the chemist.first wouldnt do care of chemist about a month ago said too busy.went chain ln did it no probs.2nd was waiting in the chemist counter. girl could see me but blanked me.someone else saw me and served me.yesterday tried to fone all day no answer, went to the shop, phonewas ringing but no one would pick up.asked server what was up with fone he said theirs a queue.just letting it ring out.family pharmacy?for whos family?

   Not a very reliable chemist more often than not they either run out of your medication or tell you it's not available anymore but other chemists seem to either have it in stock or can get it ! ( I don't understand that ) also they are a bit slow in service. This is not just my opinion. On the plus side they are very nice . Polite and helpfull as are the post office and food department I still go in a lot but get my prescriptions elsewhere.

   I like this shop and chemist. They have welcoming staff. The shop has goods at reasonable price. It caters for people with disability. It has two entrances,one has wheelchair access.
