I am housed by Camden Council since September and It was a good choice of Room Quality and the safe and sound, quiet neighbourhood with brilliant access to Stations bus stops and high road. Breakfast is provided every morning. Well, There's a loung and dining room downstairs which is well equipped to meet your visitors but the hotels condition is No-Visitors allowed which as Most of the people are residents is understanding and everyone including myself appreciate the Quiet environment and cleanness of the place. I am 30 years old and have been through a lot but have a suggestion for the the hotel management which is to possibly can help to residents of hotel can have visitors inside their rooms with registration and I am willing to assist u untill am staying in this place. The reason is, So far everyone is nice residents (neighbours) but I assume as most of us are in an age and it is a necessity for our social interactions to have a gust over. I have given thought to whether not to give this suggestion or it is needed to but the Quality of Service and the Good rooms here I am leaving this suggestion. It is very and strongly helpful with mental health and residents' comfort. THANK YOU. Stephen.

PAOLA BERTA (Sheepish PR) ★☆☆☆☆
A place roughly management by an arrogant bloke called Shakil Ahmed which hates his job as much as his customers. There is no cooked breakfast, clean quality bedsheet or cleaning room services provided. You have to help yourself. If you ask for a service improvement you get told off and even insulted by Mr Ahmed. The rooftop rooms are freezing in winter and super hot in the summer, there is no natural light coming in when windows are shut because they have been covered in wood. There is no concierge at reception, you have to call the workers on their self phones if you need something. People living here are homeless sent by local councils. You come to live here only if you are desperate and no other place to go, especially as a tourist.

Very cool workers, we had fun everyday, when I stay here, but bad ceiling , on the room next to cafeteria, could really! use a layer of wooden plates fitted, on the room above it, floor, £200 job, maybe less, As sound drove many away. Including myself.
