    Location not bad, but if you're driving every morning traffic jam, there is a lovely park behind the hotel. rooms in very poor condition, Very Noisy most guest they don't respect house rules, smile of weed. unfortunately you can see they are using handyman to do most of the professional job which ends up very poor quality, the management who's managing the hotel he seems don't care about it, The hotel needs someone who has love and passion to manage it, plus they must spend money to do things right. Overall they have to do have refurbishment on the hotel to level up quality standards as an hotel. In my opinion that's a hostel not a hotel. Council need to send someone to check if the hotel follow the regulations.

    I'm was staying there while I was homeless, the staff are lovely but there's a troubling rodent infestation and an awful lot of noise disturbance coming from other residents

    It's good place and the landlord it's very good. but the night shifts staff it's bad rubbish sleeping all night they don't know how speaking even im unsatisfied with them my opinion Thank you

    £1080 a month £22 a week service charge and the frount door is note even Locked just because I have difficult circumstances why should someone profit in such a mannner it's a disgrace and a minimum standard should be maitained. Who you accept should be suitable I can't have cleaning products because of children but manic heroin addicts can live here ? Further to this they don't care if check if the person actually stays or not they get there money it's all just so immoral and so typical and I ask why is it allowed ?

    Rubbish service. Very dirty and smelly. Full of homeless people. Mice and bugs. I would not recommend at all. Deserves no stars.
