Lovely, cozy hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Litsa is lovely friendly and always there to help! Thanks Litsa!

We stayed for four nights with our students, and everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the location was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, and the owners, Litsa and Dimos, were truly wonderful and exceptionally friendly. We really appreciated their warm hospitality and kindness, Ridvan Berisha Kosovo

Great location but that’s unfortunately one of the only position things I can say about this hostel. I stayed with 5 friends in one of the rooms here and the room was not what we expected. The floor was very uneven and the ceilings had cracks and water damage. The beds luckily did not have bed bugs but they were quite uncomfortable. It was very warm in the room, and of the two fans provided only one was actually working. This was part of the reason why we closed all windows and curtains before we left, but the rooms service still opened everything and turned a light on during the heat of the day. Luckily after we left a note the day after, they did keep everything closed. The 8 bed room only had 2 chairs and one them had very concerning stains on it. Which meant that there was no real space to sit down. Lastly, the bathroom was quite interesting, the entire wall with the door had mirrors and they were some dark stains in the corner of the shower and under the sink. Possibly mold. Overall not that great of stay. We would not recommend it to other people.

Very basic hotel. Beds were fine. We did not spend much time inside because we were exploring London most of the time. Eventhough rooms were clean, hotel needs to be updated. Hallway carpet looks and feels old. Upon arrival, we had to go to another hotel to check in and get the keys, which took away time from exploring London.

The location is really good, a very short walk from Paddington Station, so it's a really good starting point to explore the city. The room was not so nice though. The shower was super narrow and moldy, the walls of the room were pretty dirty and the room was very small overall. We had a fridge and a small kitchenette but tbh it would be better to have a little more space instead. My husband and I had to sleep in bunk beds, where you feel each movement from the person above/below you and the mattresses were very hard. It was a challenge to get in and out of the room at times due to the narrow space and people were smoking cigarettes and weed in front of the house so it was uncomfortable to open the window.

This place is ok for the price. The first night we stayed in Room 12 and we didn't like it. Felt dirty and unkempt. The next nights we went to Room 1 and it was much better. It's pricey for what you get but the location is fantastic.

Dirty, stink and unsanitary conditions!!! Avoid this place! Highly NOT recommended!Towels are not clean, with black and gray spots. Everything are dirty, balls of somebody's hairs are everywhere. Very stink place. Bed linens are torn and dirty. The stay in this apartment was like nightmare for me and for my friends. I couldn't wait to leave this disgusting hotel! Thanks God we are already far away from this ugly place.
