As others have said this hotel isn’t open anymore. We arrived to be told it had been housing for the last 2 years even though all the signage is still there. DO NOT BOOK

Staff was very nice. Room was filthy (carpet was horrendous) the sheets were clean though. No air conditioning so way way too warm (only desk fan available). Piercing green light shining down from emergency exit sign in room at night (can't be turned off). Front desk had an overpowering vomit smell. I'm sorry to say I won't be returning.

Stayed for 2 nights, rooms are run down with plaster visible on the walls, small room, small bathroom, lady who served us was pleasant but nothing to shout about, room is relatively clean but there are stains all over the carpets from previous spills, for me though it was just a room to sleep in while we explored London, the hotel is in a remote destination with local shops, restaurants and the tube. Little pricey for what it is but don’t expect any different considering the location.

This was one of the filthiest rooms I have ever stayed in - there were small black hairs all over the bathroom, stains all over the carpet and sheets. We started the stay with three pillows on the bed, but the second evening we found a pillow between the wall and bed, who knows how long it has been there. The location was good for public transport, but it was not worth the extreme price.

good location friendly staff. You get what you pay for a basic room and bathroom, which were clean to a good standard.

It is an ok place in a good location. The carpets are gross, the walls are dirty, the rooms are hot and there is a small average fan to keep circulating the hot air. The mattress is a bit of a joke as this is the sheer innuendo of what back support should feel like. The place is quiet and calm overall. The staff is nice and the cleaning staff is friendly. But I doubt I would stay there again.

Clean room. Tiny bathroom, not suitable for XXL. We were on the very top floor which is 5 flights of stairs, no lift. Fan needed a good clean as full of dust but clean everywhere else. Comfy bed. Spacious. Close to Hyde Park, Mini Venice and Paddington station as well as 4 different tube stations. Friendly staff. Good communication via booking.com. Good quality for money. New towels daily. No notice from neighbours.

Overall it is a good place to stay at. In the room where we stayed only a couple of things to mention. One is you can hear people in the room above walking around. Second thing is the water in the shower didn't go fast enough, so the cubicle's water leaked to the bathroom floor. Be mindful that check in is in the other building #30. Can't say about breakfast, didn't purchase it.

Super friendly staff, was offered to leave my bike in the lobby over night to ensure it wouldn’t get nicked. Room was clean, I thought I would share my bathroom, but actually had my own outside the room a floor below, which was fine. Really appreciated how friendly they were and that I was able to leave my stuff free of charge. Thank you
