After the last few weeks with my health the pharmacy has been so helpful the woman who always on reception (the blonde haired lady) she’s always greeting me with such positivity, which makes every visit feel very welcoming :)
Can you imagine an old person like my parents who don't drive, having to get on the bus and travel to the pharmacy, to be told their prescription isn't ready, because they're too high and mighty to answer calls, when they could have simply told over the phone, the prescription isn't ready until x time and saved them a bus journey to an 85 year old. Disgusting. Answer the phone
Never really had a bad experience with them, they do there best when half the time it's the surgery's fault for not sending medication downstairs..yeah they can take there time but working around medication you really don't want be rushing anyways! There friendly staff which is hard to find these days..people are so rude so yeah a 5* from me.
The ladies who work here are really busy - they do a great job, despite some people who cannot wait more than a minute to be seen. I always feel for them having to deal with self entitled and impatient people - I've always found them very helpful and efficient. Any issues have been with the doctors, not with the chemist staff - they don't deserve aggressive comments for others mistakes.
Booked a covid jab here online and then was contacted and asked to rebook a week later, no explanation why so did as i was asked, went online and there was still bookings for that week so I wondered how many more people were asked to rebook? Anyway, day of my appointment, and they were just 12 minutes behind schedule but reasonably on time. There is a carpark but don't expect a space at peak times. Next time I will look elsewhere as I was made very late for work by the time I parked up.
After waiting 1 week for prescription was told we will have to get it ready. When reached home found wrong medication. Very poor service. Queue of 7 people waiting, one assistant serving customers another counting money??
Been with this chemist for some while but lately they seem to be under staffed seem to take ages to get your prescription ready then get it wrong tried phoning a couple of times but they never answer the phone if it carries on ill be changing my chemist wich is a shame because its so near my doctors
This used to be a good pharmacy but things are going down hill. Repeat prescriptions are approved by GP but were taking well over a week and sometimes nearly 2 weeks before I got a text to say items were ready. Phone the pharmacy to see what is happening and told can collect the next day but when go to collect still not ready. Have had drugs mislabelled with incorrect strength, drugs missing from packets. Don't know why it takes so long to get prescriptions as they are obviously not checked properly. I have now changed to a different pharmacy and I would recommend anybody else do the same.
Spent the better part of the last hour and a half trying to get through on the phone so that I can collect my prescriptions but repeatedly found my call was buttoned by the pharmacy. I've had repeated problems of items missing from my prescriptions as well, to the point that I now check that everything is in the bags before I even walk out the door. The service at this pharmacy USED TO BE fantastic but sadly that is no longer the case. So disappointing
