    I have used this pharmacy for 39 years. This is my entire time that I have been type 1 diabetic. Curiously it was the original Mr Farley who diagnosed me when my then GP misdiagnosed me. I have seen 4 pharmacists come and go. It really saddens me then to say how bad things currently are here. This culminated a couple of prescriptions ago when I went to collect my monthly prescription and was given an extra item which was Ozempic. I have never taken this or been prescribed this in my entire life. When I stressed that it wasn't mine, they were very insistent that it was. Eventually they took the drug back off me and hopefully it eventually went to the intended patient. I am frequently told when ringing that my prescriptions are ready only to find items missing when I call in to collect. I am usually offered some really feeble excuses why I cannot get my insulin. I stress that I have been type 1 diabetic for 39 years and call at the same time every month for my repeat prescription. How difficult can it be to get the same items each and every month and at the same time? All the staff are certainly very nice and I cannot fault that aspect of the service offered. The thing is though there appears to be some major failings with process and things seem to be getting worse and not better. It is with a great deal of disappointment that I have now reluctantly decided to use a different pharmacist. Sad really but I must play a proactive role in the management of my own condition and need people to work with me in this and not against me.

    This pharmacist is knowlegeable, friendly, helpful and reliable. For years my family and me have used this pharmacist for collection of repeat prescriptions, minor illnesses and they never let me down even when the GP surgery messes up my repeat prescription before my holiday! This is not my nearest pharmacist but its the one I choose to keep using as its the best one.
