   Calling this a three-star hotel is overly generous. Location is decent, and the price seemed like a good deal, but my advice is to keep looking. Beds were uncomfortable, room was fine overall just really a budget hotel, nothing like what appears in photos on booking.com. Worst part is there is a hookah lounge right outside my window blasting music past 12am. I tried asking the hotel clerk for help talking to the lounge, but the music kept going and the party seemed to grow louder as the night went on.

   Only thing good about this hotel is the location. Close to the metro and easy to travel to the centre of London. We arrived and immediately left again. The room wasn’t clean, bathroom was completely covered in mold, carpet was dirty, room smelled like bleach… When we went to the reception to complain they told me we had one of the better rooms!! Pictures are not even close to what you’re getting (booking.com)

   THE PICTURES OF THE ROOMS POSTED BY THE HOTEL, ARE NOT REAL... The hotel was absolutely horrible, maybe the worst I ever been in my 50 years of existence. The rooms where so small, that the beds couldn't property fit on it, and it was quite hard to have 2 person's moving inside the room. There wasn't a single piece of furniture to put the clothes, so during the 5 days/4 nights, all clothes stayed inside the luggage. The window didn't close properly, so beside quite being quite cold, I could ear every single noise from the street (people talking, cars, bikes, etc...) even being on the 3rd floor, and I wasn't able to sleep with all the noise. The bathroom was so small, that I couldn't use the toilet, without putting a leg inside the shower, and it was almost impossible to use the whasbasin. The shower had zero pressure and the hot water didn't last for long. Every single day I asked if it was possible to change rooms (both rooms I had, here like the pictures), and every single day, that has been denied. When it rained, the smell in the room, coming from the bathroom was awful. The daily cleaning, was only to make the bed and change towels. The shower gel and shampoo haver never been refiled. The breakfast room is to small, that there was a waiting queue to get a table. The staff wasn't helpful at all, or kind, they were really rude. In the last day, they said that the checkout was mandatory to be done until 11am, and when I asked to keep my luggage as I had a late flight, they charged me 3£ per each peace of luggage.

   Do not trust the pictures of this hotel, especially the rooms. The standard room is extremely small, with barely enough space for suitcases—forget about clothes or other personal items. The furniture is very worn, looking as if it was picked up from someone’s garbage. The bathroom may look renovated, but the plumbing seems untouched since Queen Victoria’s time. On the 4th floor in the shower you either get freezing cold water or scalding hot—nothing in between. I don’t usually mind small places, and this is not my first trip to London, so I knew rooms could be compact. Still, this hotel is beyond disappointing. For a room meant for three people staying 10 days, there was one tiny wardrobe and a single nightstand. Really? At best, this should be a double room, and the space should be organized properly—rather than just squeezing in as many beds as possible and ignoring everything else. The reception lady could be very smiling and seems to be sympathising you, but none of your simple request would be ever done (five times asking for an extra duvet, five times yes, still no duvet in room). Do not ruin your stay in London by choosing this hotel.

   Outside of our windows there was a bar which played loud music until almost 5 AM. We asked for a change and on the next day we got rooms from another side of the building. In addition to that, the bathroom was super uncomfortable, no place to store anything even a toothbrush. The shower drain was barely working and the water pressure was too low to be able to wash long hair.

   Cosy place, however the in-house breakfast menu should be changed daily as one gets fed-up of having to eat the same stuff every morning. Staff very co-operative and helpful. Close to the nearest tube station, bus stop and restaurants is an advantage.

   Absolutely horrible stay here room was tiny and not clean, there was not curtains and blinds didn’t even close properly there was mould everywhere and on the blinds it looked like blood was on them. Didn’t feel safe at all in the room could here everything what was going on throughout the hotel so didn’t get much sleep. Would not recommend even paying £10 for this hotel.

   Rooms certainly are tiny, but they have enough room, though a bit hard to eat a meal in the room. Very clean and well designed for the most part. If you stay for more than a few days maybe something bigger, but a light packer or two should be fine for a week. Staff were friendly and helpful for an early check in.

   Nothing like the photos on there page. Some of the facilities that your ment to have. Walls were dirty. The room was so small. Nothing like phones on Web. Tap in the bathroom was very lose. TV didn't work. .complaining to manager done nothing. Complete waste of time. And for the money to stay there would of been better and cheaper in a Premier Inn or travalodge or similar. Definitely not going anywhere near this place again.
