This hotel is in a great location, central but not on the main road, so there are minimal traffic noises. The room was nice and clean, with modern decor. The kitchenette was a nice touch, but adding a microwave would have been great. There was a safe in the wardrobe, which was handy. There is a lift, but it is tiny; I had to carry the pram up the stairs as it wouldn't fit. All in all a good stay and would definitely consider using again for future trips βΊοΈ

No room cleaning, tiny room, a/c does not work. Needed 2nd blanket, Called management on blanket and a /c, no one on site and no action taken. Gave directions to storage room tfor me to get a duvet. Floors dirty, nobody at front desk when we arrived or at any time since. I gave one star on service because that was as low as I could rate it. Two tea bags, unfortunately we're staying FOUR nights. Two plastic and two paper cups. Trash in hallway. My wife calls this a fleabag hotel. DON'T STAY HERE I wish UK had formal complaint book as we do in Portugal!

I got stuck in the bathroom of my room for 2 hours. Luck me I had my phone with me and call a friend that was in the same hotel and she went to the reception and call for the emergency number. However the person that answer the phone didn't believe her and didn't send anyone to open the door. After 30min no one's came and she call again and then a guy came to open the door and fix the handle. Also my shower had the color change so the side with red color bring cold water and the side with blue color brings hot water

Smaller than it looked, lighting not great in room, disappointing paper cups, however, nice bed and bedding, great location, more an SA than a hotel as its pretty much unmanned. Safe and fridge supplied in room which is good. Very clean and well presented.

The room it's self was fine. I found it clean and comfortable. The bed for me was fine, I know reviews say they are not. I sleep on an orthopaedic mattress at home and had no issues with the beds. The shower for me worked well, which is a priority for me.The desk is unmanned so I had to ring 10 min before arrival, which worked ok On the slight negative the air con didn't work, which led to a slightly restless night with the heat. This would not stop me staying here again due to the location and cost, which were good for me.

Absolutely terrible. I don't usually write reviews but this place and it's staff deserve one. We checked in with 3 guests to room "basement 03" and were supplied only two bath towels. By the time we realised we were 1 towel short it was late at night so we decided to share a towel so we weren't a nuisance. A sign in the bathroom stated if we wanted our towels changed that we should leave them on the floor of the shower. We got home at 11pm the next night soaking wet after walking home in the rain to find that our room wasn't serviced and the towels were still on the floor of the shower. We rang the 24hr reception number to be told to "tough it out until the morning". On top of that, the room had mould stains on the wall and the hallway leaks badly when it rains. The skirting and floorboards in the room both had pieces missing, the attention to detail was very poor. I wish I could rate this hotel lower than 1 star to further deter future guests.

Staff is great, they were so kind with us even the fact that we have to change our first room because the mattress was a little bit bended they offered us to change our room immediately and the change was for the better because the new room was bigger and more comfortable. Breakfast is fine, every day is the same menu but it is tasty. The prize and the location are really good, so it is a good option to stay. On the other hand beds are not comfortable at all. As I said before have to change our first room because one mattress was a little bended. In addition, the first room we have was too small, but the second one was fine, so I don't know if the first room is just an exception and the others are fine.

Good value for money. Nice and clean rooms. Of course it is a bit noisy from the traffic (London's a big city with a lot of traffic). Breakfast is great for the price of the room (they have eggs, scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausages, crepes, sandwiches and pizza toasts... So there should be something for everyone). Staff was polite...could be a little bit friendlier. The water pressure in the shower could've been stronger. All in all, good hotel, great location and perfect value for money.
