   This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff lack common sense and seem inept. Just go to Cohens at Chestnut Lodge. Can't go wrong.

   Well done to the staffeta yes they are having problems. None of their making and they have worked hard for the last few years. With the virus I'm surprised they haven't just locked up. Think before you say anything about waiting. They have to face telling you with a smile your order isn't done. Well done Widnes Lloyds

   I know that it's strange time's but the service is deserving of zero stars based on my experience. Doctor electronically sent a prescription at 10am and confirmed it was on the system. Tried to ring on several occasions but no one answered the phone, so walked across to collect at 2pm. Waited outside for 90 minutes to be told prescription not on system and to go away. After much ado they eventually admitted it was on the system but not done yet. They eventually dispensed it but the fuss to get it was unnecessary. In the time I was there they only saw 8 people and 4 of those were sent away, prescription not on the system. Awful service. Just for clarity the prescription was not in my name.

   0 STARS o ly reason I've gave 1 so I can comment.Terrible attitudes and no patient confidentiality in that pharmacy had medication I am on discussed in front of other customers today which made a right show of me and I have lots of mentle health issues and not for one minute was I asked to be taken into a room to discuss the medication also the waiting for scripts takes about a hour as all the pharmacists do is chat. I will not be going in their again and have made a complaint to the head office.

   Absolutely no way i'll be going to this chemist again after my experience today. The attitude from some of the staff members is disgusting. Been getting the same thing prescribed with the same thing written on the prescription since 2014. Apparently today they were unable to prescribe the item because the prescription states 'toddler lotion' rather than 'kids roll on' - fair enough, but when i asked for an explanation why thats never been the case before i received a load of attitude. I've never felt so intimidated by a group of 'professionals' in my life.
