Great location, easy to find. Literally 3 minutes walk to St Pancras. Our room was on the first floor with the windows to the main road. It was very noisy at night but the ear plugs were provided. The room was clean and of a good size. Can't comment on the service as there was no reception, you get the access code when doing a check in online prior coming.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is recorded as 2 star, but feels higher. The room I had compared well with a Premier Inn. It was immaculate and well presented. I had very little disturbance and, on the 3rd floor, was distant enough from the road. The hotel is very clear that it doesn't have a lift, so be prepared if you have luggage. All in all, a perfect stay. Thank you.

Excellent service from beginning to end of our stay. All the staff are very friendly. Room was small but very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to station and underground, so easy to get around. Would definitely stay again. No lift, so not suitable for everyone.

Super little hotel. I noted the reviews about noise before booking and was a bit worried, but our room was so unbelievably quiet (Room 6) The room was much larger than expected, very clean, every amenity you could ask for (tea coffee, hairdryer, large TV that worked, air conditioning and even chocolates on your pillow) for the price with the location it a no brainer. The bed was so comfortable, even the pillows!!! I loved everything about my stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a place near Kings Cross. They also have a bag store for Β£6 if you want to store after checkout. Loved it!

Just returned from a one night stay at the Keystone. Check in was very easy and accessing the room was too. Really nice room so close to Kings Cross station. For the price I paid the room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was lovely with a much larger shower than any of the other hotels I’ve stayed in around the UK. The price really wasn’t expensive at all. I’ve paid cheaper than other hotels A nice bonus was that the tv has Netflix and YouTube built in unlike most hotels where you’re stuck with a few Freeview channels that never has much to watch and that was a bless. The AC was a bless too and felt so right. Have tea/coffee and chocolates. The towel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I know it bit small but most people are here for the tourist. For reading other people negative I understand about the suitcase it nothing can do but it said no lift. I would absolutely stay here again when the next visit. You must remember to check in online before you check in.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend this guest house unless you are desperate or can manage to get a room with a window. My room without a window had a horrible damp smell and was dusty, especially on the A/C unit. I left feeling like I could breathe better outside on busy London streets than in a private room, that’s quite obscene.

Very, very, clean and great location (SCALA is not open on a Monday, when I stayed) plus super easy check-in and check-out (though i would not trust the locks with any proper valuables if i was staying more than a night). No proper 2bl glazed windows (would not have bothered me if I had not become used to living away from London/cities) and quite noisy drains. It's as good as it can be without a big investment on noise insulation -- and for the price it is good value (I was in a premium double, 102) But they need to make their doubles more comfortable. The bed itself was awful and it was connected to another with what seemed like a wide bit of ply. If you want a double bed this is no good and if (like me) you're alone this is still rubbish. Nevertheless I probably would stay here again

I was very pleased with my stay here. The rooms are small but really cosy. Nice tea and coffee facilities in each room and plenty of clean towels. I even had some welcome chocolates on the towels. Very clean and tidy. The location is absolutely fantastic.

This was my first time staying here, I don't even usually stay in Kings Cross as it always seems too hectic! Keystone House is convenient to find directly opposite the station. Fully automated for convenience, a member of staff maybe available if required by phone or on reception. I met 2 different ones during my stay and they were helpful, warm and friendly. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms are beautifully clean and with a decent shower, just what we always need! Some even have a kitchenette agin very clean with all you need for light supper of breakfast. Beds are a good size with cosy duvets and pillows for good night sleep. They even offer a 10% discount to the bar next door. Really good value for money, safe, comfortable and convenient. My only concern is if I tell too many people, I might not be able to get a room when I need one! That being said, highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights in really hot temperatures. Recently refurbished so everything was new, modern and clean. A/C unit looked brand new and worked a treat. There was a large window that opened. Room was surprisingly spacious for the price and especially for a London hostel, assuming this was because I booked a deluxe room. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole stay and impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room. The only downsides which lost a star was that the double bed was just 2 single mattresses joined together which made it uncomfortable and we could hear people in the beer garden behind our room until late. Overall good for the money and I would stay again.
