Booking was easy and quick, but that is the end of the good here. We were given Room 2 down stairs, on opening the door we were shocked, there was 1 double and 1 single bed which almost left almost no room for our 2 bags, then things got worse, the walls and ceilings were damp, the single bed was covered in white flakes, the ceiling in the shower was terrible and unhealthy. By morning our bags were covered in white specks maybe paint from the walls etc

We were not Happy with the standard of the Room . It was very old and falling apart in places. We were in the basement next to which looked like a laundry room. There were big blue laundry bags that we had to climb over With our cases to get to our room. The room was far too small to sleep 4. We had very small bath towels and hand towels were not provided. Only one pillow per person was allocated. The shower dripped continually and was tiny . There was a bad smell of drains right outside our door and cleaning utensils were stored outside our window in the Basement. . We have photo evidence to provide if necessary. Overall experience of staying at this Hotel is very poor. We will not return

The location of this hotel is great. It's close to the train station and easy to get to and from. The room was small, the bed had missing lats which made sleep a little uncomfortable. The "ensuite" was tiny - the toilet seat was hanging off, the ceiling had mould on it and at one point we had no water. The room we had was up several flights of stairs so not good for anyone with disabilities - no lift. The walls are very thin and we could hear next door as clear as day. The only staff we saw were on the front desk. We got our key and that was that. No further customer service provided... all in all, if you're stopping one night or need somewhere super budgety, fair enough but I'd personally recommend going elsewhere.

The King,s Cross Hotel is a great budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a central London location. Its proximity to King's Cross St. Pancras station makes it ideal for exploring the city. While the rooms may be on the smaller side, they are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

Nope. Just nope. He wasn't even offered a refund. Because they were full and had no other rooms, we had no choice. Was not walking 3 hours home. So was told we took the room, so there not refund. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Noisy from 2am with a party. Then again at 5.30. Window was just in the hole, no actual barrier from the outside, so you could hear everything! Including the smokers who stood by it. Staff were pleasant that was about it.

I didn't get to stay because I made a mistake with my booking that was non refundable and no one would contact me about the situation.

Congratulations, if you are participating in the competition for the worst hotel in London, keep going. I have slept in sketchy places, but your hotel tops the list without a doubt. Toilet with a smell of dirty pipes, brown damp stains all over the walls, holes in the wall covered with duct tape, hair in every corner, broken bed, mattress with brown stains and springs sticking out, gnawed and dirty towels, etc. etc etc... And if you are wondering why we stayed there, simply because we couldn't find another place during our stay in the city. I understand that you are not a chain hotel, but a minimum of hygiene and quality would not hurt, because the way the hotel is right now it is not even worth burning.

Worst experience in my whole life. They give us a room in the basement. The heating was broken so the room was very cold. It was dirty, some flies around, no hot water, the bed really uncomfortable - we could feel the springs of the mattress nailing into our backs. We could have expected this horrible experience for a cheap price, but the room costs £150 per night! We had to leave and find another hotel after the first night, it was impossible to sleep there. Avoid this place at any cost!

This is such a good location The rooms were comfy if a bit hot on arrival and there is no lift but everything worked easily and we were greeted by a friendly staff member immediately
