   Staff tell you to come back for owings the day sfter. Then talk about you behind your back but you can hear them saying things like I don't know why he is back today.... If you're a carer don't bother going they think you are free all day everyday and can wait about. Just because they think they are to busy to help. Employ more staff or don't issue the script unless you have the meds

   Have just been in to find out where an antibiotic prescription is, my doctor said they sent it days ago. Boots Hoole said "its not in stock until June" and it seems they were planning to just hold onto the prescription until then. I asked why they hadn't called, they said they didn't have my number BUT I get texts from them usually so that is a lie. Lady with poor attitude just kept saying they were short staffed. So its fine to leave people waiting for antibiotics because you are short staffed? Absolute joke.

   I have to admit the staff do seem frosty here. They would rather be out the back and it is an inconvenience to them when a customer comes to the counter. People do expect better as it is in Hoole, or 'Notting Hoole'.

   Gone online to get prescriptions posted as boots making it progressively harder to simply get my prescriptions when they are due. No longer allowed to call requests through and then wait seven days… now I’ll just get my meds dropped through my letterbox. Much easier and no Curt overworked staff.

   Predominantly a chemist/pharmacy as opposed to a Boots. Excellent staff. Lucky one of the pharmacists pointed out a dosage to me and it transpired the Dr had over prescribed for my newborn. Wouldn't have been picked up otherwise. Selection of Boots products is limited otherwise as its a very small store but still good.

   I was lucky there was no lockdown queue outside the shop nor anybody inside at the time of my visit. I was able to go straight to the counter and get advice on a product. Good as far as that went. I am currently trying to visit as few places as possible like a lot of other folk right now.

   The Faulkner street branch of boots have a lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff. With several members who seem to rotate. So once you get to know them you always know someone in there, which is always preferable to being served by a constant rotating cast of strange faces.
