   I have attended the bradleigh road pharmacy in several occasions. The staff are always freindly and courteous. The service is impeccable. Despite the fact that at times the service is extremely busy and under alot of pressure, each person is dealt with as an individual and each person is dealt with and treated as an individual. If your gonna use a pharmacy in newton, choose the best, choose bradleigh road, where every person matters

   Waiting for days for prescription. They kept asking to come next day. Finally been refunde money, I was asked paid in advance, as they can't provide priscribe item.

   Awful really awful, took great joy in reducing me to tears, deliberately wasting two hours of time which 8t took to get there and get home, time with my wife I'll never get back. The counter lady was lovely not her fault, it was the pharmacist who just decided she didn't like me and was gonna make my life hell. I cannot stress this enough, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too, avoid at all costs, they enjoy making your life difficult. Just to note further, as it's been stated by people I've spoken to and on other reviews on here, THE PHARMACIST is the issue, not the staff in general. Many people have been upset by her, I'm not the first or last. She literally doesn't care how Ill you are, she will make your life difficult.
