Torn net curtains in room bath taps jammed tight and wouldn't turn on and the room was tiny. The location was very good though and the staff were lovely. In need of a revamp

Nothing fancy, but very reasonably priced and the location is one of the best neighbourhoods in London. Service and staff are lovely too. The bath in the bathroom was a great plus to have as well. Highly recommended

Very nice and friendly staff the hotel is in a great location the rooms are a little on the small side but there well equipped. The rooms need to be sound proofed as can here tv blasting and shouting and screaming from the room next to me

It's central London, so expect a compact room but it was clean, well equipped, quiet and had a comfortable bed. The service was friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for our planned visits to Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes museum. Would stay again.

This hotel is situated in a great location whether as a tourist or for business. It is a great shame to hear people complain about the size of the rooms because the management do not try to pretend it is anything different. They all have a separate en-suite and the rooms have every amenity. Desk and chair, clothes, storage, refrigerator, trouser press and iron, television, bath and shower, a comfortable and clean bed and linens and a safe. The breakfast room has everything you need an including freshly cooked breakfasts. The Hotel is situated a stones throw from the great shopping area of Marylebone High Road, Regents Park, Madame Tussaud’s, Baker Street station, Harley Street and the London Clinic. The owners and staff are attentive and caring. Finally, for its location and price it cannot be beaten.

Small rooms for the rate charged. Poor noise insulation from adjacent rooms. basement room we were given flooded by outside basement light. good luck if you get lg11 (ask for eye mask?). really really really unimpressed. won't be going back.

The receptionist was super weird about my signature being exact, which was annoying. I had to resign 5 times! The room is a solid 2. The bathroom could use some TLC. The bedroom was okay, but the window is on the ground floor and doesn't lock. In fact there is no lock. I wouldn't return. The 3rd star is for the location at night time... walking down Marlyebone St. was fun and it's so close.

I sent a request for early check in saying that I am arriving early in the morning but I did not get any response from the hotel and when I arrived they told me I can't check in before 12. They have no lobby to stay so I had to leave my luggage and come back again. No food places are open before 9-9:30 and it was a little bit cold and I was sleepy. When I checked in I found that the room is a tiny place which was not enough even to one person. It was like a cell in a prison or smaller you can't move in this room. It was dark and the daylight is not enough through the window and it is hot but they provide a small fan. The bathroom is also no better. You can not use the toilet easily you need to move in a certain position as there is no space at all. you feel it is funny sometime!!!.. The shower area was not perfectly clean and the curtain was dirty. They don't replace the shower gel, not remove the trash every day and the cleaning generally is not good. The breakfast was just another disappointment. I recommend that you don't attempt trying the tea or the coffee they have no quality at all!!! just pick a box of cereals and add your milk and that's it !!! Eggs are prepared when you order but I never enjoyed the taste. You will get a daily question: and your toast? would you like white or brown? I remember the first day when a spider pop in from the corner near my table.. and the second day when an ante walked on my arm. The room needs cleaning!! The whole hotel needs improvement in every aspect. If you are here for a business or a leisure, I don't recommend this hotel.
