This pharmacy caused me to receive a Penalty Charge Notice despite paying for my medication. This caused me stress and anxiety, and I will avoid using this pharmacy in the future as much as possible.
So upsetting I’ve been so happy with this chemist and this week I called 4 days ago asking if my prescription could be delivered because I’m unwell it didn’t come I’ve called everyday for 4 days and it hasn’t been delivered, they promised they would today. I’ve now been without really important medication for 4 days!
Owens Chemist is terrible since these owners took over i changed my chemist months ago best thing I done. My husband went drs today sent perscription to owens he went to get it an they sed they will drop it off in an hour that was at 4.0clock I rung at 5.15 to be told it will turn up it's now 8.30pm still not turned up it's absolutely disgusting as my husband is in pain we will never use this chemist again while this owner runs it.the good thing about th place are the girls who work there.
Had a prescription to pick up, they told me to come back the next day for the rest of the prescription and to start the medication in the meantime, I did so and they still never had it the next day. They stated they would drop the remainder of the prescription off to my house as it would most likely be after opening times. They never did. I am disgusted by this pharmacy and will never use them again. Please for your own well being and care do not use this pharmacy.
Staff on desk are lovely, but that is the only positive about this pharmacy any more. They have hardly anything in stock. I rarely get my full prescription in one go any more, and anything that has to be ordered never arrives when they say it will, leaving me waiting days for important medications. They open at 9am, but that doesn't mean there will be a pharmacist working. They seem to turn up whenever they fancy. I've been using this pharmacy for years, but it's gone seriously downhill.
Great service from staff 10x better than Westminster Park Pharmacy.
Absolutely amazing! Never any issues with my prescriptions, the staff are incredible and this chemist has to be the most efficient one I’ve ever used. I can’t praise them enough
Made Mr wait over 45 mins for prescription as they had had alot through. No issues with that. Buy a judgement call if those people aren't actually there. Could you not do the prescription that for for me. Antibiotics. Obviously unlike myself a nurse the pharmacist can't Obviously triage or make a sensible decision. Poor service
I find it strange how this pharmacy has any negative reviews. A very happy welcoming family caring chemist that has always shown great care and consideration towards me during visits. I’ve never had any problems.
I rarely leave reviews but this pharmacy is by a long way the worst I have ever been too. Staff don't know what there doing are the pharmacist I met was both rude and arrogant. Strongly advise to avoid, there excellent other pharmacies in the local area.
