   Amazing stay at Z hotel Strand! Easily accessible to tube stations Many cafes, restaurants around the area. Notice there are a few Z hotels around the area but highly recommended for Z hotel Strand!!! Nice and friendly staffs! Complimentary cheese and wine for guest on certain days! Really sound proof rooms as our rooms are facing the buzzing main road! Will definitely return again if I’m back in London!

   Recently stayed at The Z Hotel Strand, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of London, perfect for exploring Covent Garden, the West End, and the Thames. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - special mention to Jo - making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms, while compact, are stylish, spotless, and well designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the complimentary cheese and wine for members in the evening - such a nice touch! Overall, a modern, cozy, and great-value stay in an unbeatable location. Highly recommend!

   This was our first stay at hotel Z, and we chose it for its great location — everything is within walking distance. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Big Ben: you can stroll along the river and then cross over to reach the London Eye. I asked for a higher floor, and we got a room on the second floor (which feels like the third floor by U.S. standards). The room size is small, but that’s pretty standard for London. The room quality was excellent — everything felt fresh and new, with a pleasant clean scent and modern décor. The bathroom wasn’t large but well designed, with built-in shelves that made it easy to organize toiletries. The water pressure and temperature were great. I also liked the remote control for the lights and blinds, which added a nice modern touch. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bedsheets smelled clean and crisp — everything felt spotless. I loved the glass water bottles in the room. If you need more, you can simply ask at the reception, and they’ll give you another one for free. Overall, if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located hotel in the heart of London for a reasonable price, this is a perfect choice.

   This hotel was amazing! The staff is SO kind, they do complimentary wine and cheese 5-8pm on Tues and Sat, and it's down an alley so it's absurdly quiet to be in the heart of the West End. Their bath towels are HUGE (which is a plus for me) and the rooms are clean and well appointed. It's surrounded by so many restaurant and shopping and entertainment options including the Aldelphi and Vaudeville theaters. For a super unique cocktail bar check out Mr. Fogg's around the corner. I would 100% come back and stay at any Z Hotel property.

   Staff here are very friendly and welcoming. We got the queen room which I still think is a little too small for 2 people. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. The rooms were extremely clean! We only stayed a night which was enough as the room we booked didn’t have a window so it can get a little claustrophobic. I’m marking down a star because our shower wouldn’t stay up!!! So when showering you had to hold the shower, this didn’t ruin the stay it was just a little annoying. Overall nice stay.

   Such a good price for the location. Our room had no windows but it was much more tasteful than other hotels with no windows, with nice decor and lighting. The staff were lovely and service was excellent. If you're travelling with a partner you'd want to be very comfortable with each other as the en suite bathroom had thin frosted glass walls!

   Lovely little hotel. Location is amazing, and so is the price considering it is quite literally in the center of London. Stayed a couple nights, room was small (but that was clear when making the booking) but was very new, clean, comfortable and came equipped with everything one could need to spend a few nights. The hotel is quite modern and looks new, small reception and eating area but again, considering the price it exceeded expectations. Sound proofing between rooms was excellent. Staff was lovely and our room was cleaned daily. A very smooth stay, will be coming back.

   Loved this place! Had a super small room, it was very cute, very modern and very clean. Not much space, but that was totally fine for us since we only needed a place to sleep. It was very quiet at night, only heard our neighbors a couple of times in the morning while getting ready. Great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommend!
