The staff are polite, knowledgeable, non judgemental- even when I ran out of SSRI meds and made myself feel poorly, they gave great advice and didn't make me feel anymore like a fool than what I was already feeling. Always quick with my meds requests after my GP sends them, and just a lovely team altogether
Terrible service, long waits, slow service, unclear service, unfriendly staff, medicines are never ready, prescriptions are lost.
Had a pleasant experience where the pharmacist advised me of the 3 month plan so I didn't have to keep paying for my weekly prescriptions which was nice of her.
Requested emergency medication online as I forgot to collect my medication, so I wouldn't have any for weekend. I have heart condition and ADHD. Pharmacist calling next morning understandingly asking necessary questions,but then asked :"You ordered your medication week ago why didn't you collect it?" To which I responded that I forgot. Pharmacist then I rude tone says "That is no excuse". I couldn't believe what I am hearing. She proceeded to then asking ok so what medication you need and I told her to which she started then naming each individual item with mg dosing and I said I cannot confirm dosage only name of medication,I would have to look at my NHS app record and she would rush me and was just rude in tone. Whole conversation completely wrong and not customer focused. I would be writing 2 pages report if I had to describe how whole experience was including collection and challenging her behaviour on phone. I know I will never use this pharmacy again. Totally unprofessional.
Abhorrently vile behaviour from staff directed at customers! I was given incorrect medication, laughed at and was treated as if their poor service and lack of organisation was my fault. Upon requesting to speak to a manager I was laughed at again being told there isn't even a manager to begin with! Their immaturity and lack of respect makes the NHS look like an utter mockery, and I have immediately changed my pharmacy. I would strongly advise anyone else to do the same; their incompetent and uncaring employees are putting people at risk. The place needs some authority and to make a complete turn around.

Gone right down hill the staff there are a waste of space and fresh air. Need sacking and a better team sent in. As they like to lie to everyone they see. Make the NHS look bad
Absolutely horrendous pharmacy! Waited days for anti-biotics for my 1 year old baby last month. Needed cream the the walkin prescribed this morning (8.30am) for the baby, went in at 4.40pm and still not ready, asking to wait another hour! Takes days to get simple things on prescription. The girls at the front are lovely and apologetic but whoever works in the back has a disgusting attitude. The manager there needs to get a grip on the place fast. Definitely going to be sending prescriptions somewhere else in future!
Tried for 9 days now to get through on phone! ( I am housebound) ( at risk). GP prescribed increase in meds. They still haven’t delivered them. They are aware I have no way of collecting them. How many more patients in same situ as me are they putting at risk!!!!!! The last Pharmacist James went above & beyond managed that place 100% better than current ones. After 2/3 weeks new pharmacist & staff should have ironed all the creases out by now?! Heard numerous people have been there abusing staff verbally although I do not condone there actions, I understand their anger & frustrations……….
