It used to be a decent pharmacy but since the Issas took over it's really gone downhill with reduced opening hours, long waits to collect medication, and a phone which hasn't worked for months. I don't blame the staff, they're lovely and just as fed up as the rest of us.

I don't have prescriptions on a regular basis, but each time I went there, the one off prescription was ready faster than doing my shopping. The pharmacist helped to identify a thick bite on our toddler that we couldn't even guess. That helped a lot with skipping the endless process going through GP , and received immediate treatment after advised to use the nearest walk in centre. Overall very happy with the service.

I could never get my prescriptions the first time I went; every time they told me to come back in at least 20 minutes. But the last time, I had to go 7 times just to get 2 different prescriptions. Each time they said βcome back in 20 minutes, 40 minutes.β I went the next day and again they said 20 minutes. Itβs impossible to reach them by phone, so you canβt even ask if the medicine has arrived. They are very rude and never helpful. As if we could actually get our medicines, they even close twice a day. On top of that, their closing times are not listed on Google. It says they donβt work between 12:30β1:00 and 4:30β5:00, but if you go at 12:00 or 11:45 they tell you to come back after 1:00. If you go after 1:00, they say come back in 40 minutes. Long story short: donβt go there. Iβm now looking for a new pharmacy.

I am rather disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. On several occasions, I have been told that my prescription would only be ready one or two hours later, regardless of when I visited. Even today, after waiting the suggested time, I was informed once again that it would only be available after a further delay. This lack of reliability causes unnecessary inconvenience, especially for patients who rely on timely access to their medication. A more consistent and professional service is expected from a local pharmacy.

Been phoning for two and a half hours. They do not answer at all, then when you go there's a queue so long that you could be waiting for over an hour, or they say come back in two hours. Its absolutely ridiculous. AND THEY WONDER WHY WE GIVE BAD REVIEWS. If they had no stars I would be putting that. Asda get your self sorted. Bet they don't even read this.

Iβd give 0 stars if I could. Young staff who are consistently rude. Pick up tablets and there is always items missing when you get home. Worst pharmacy and customer service ever. Every single time it takes 3 or 4 visits to get my tablets, thatβs when there is actually any stock at all. The staff should realise sick people are attending who need their medication and should be given a better service by the people who CHOOSE to work there.

Opening hours are not as declared on the website, I went for the fourth attempt to pick up a prescription on Saturday at 8pm but it was shut!. I have tried on 3 previous days and the queue was down past the cafe and at one point a double banked queue and several people not wearing masks. Why would I want to take the risk! Still no prescription- Service poor

Jobsworth of a young male assistant wants your life history before selling over the counter pain killers. He's not content with asking the usual questions and asks probing questions which are non of his business. If he's your employee then I would suggest further training is required. In the meantime I will not be coming back here.
