   Needed some medication urgently, and couldn't get to the shops, so ordered online for 'next day delivery guaranteed'. Four days later, it finally arrives! Emails to customer services have remained unanswered. Don't waste your time ordering from this outfit!

   I ordered prescribed medication from Chemist4U which never arrived. Despite the order being two weeks late and clearly lost in transit, the customer service team refused to issue a refund and repeatedly cited a “no returns on prescription medication” policy, though the items were never delivered. I had to source the medication from another pharmacy to avoid running out. Would recommend avoiding.

   I'd not heard of Chemist4U until I was referred to them by my private care provider, while with the new private setup I've only had 5 or so prescriptions, they've managed to cock up the dates repeatedly and left me stressed and facing days without my meds. Every time this has happened I've called Chemist4U and their team have pulled it out of the bag to have my prescription arrive in time, two days late once and it wasn't their fault. They've never once said "Our standard lead times are...", just listened, helped and did what they could. Can you ask for more? Brilliant service, thank you!

   I have been a customer of Chemist 4 U for many years, but unfortunately the service has gone downhill. My latest order has still not been dispatched, and when I contacted customer service I was told there are delays but no time frame could be given. When I asked whether it would be days or weeks, they still couldn’t provide any information. On top of this, I was told I cannot cancel the order because it is marked as “processing.” This is unacceptable — customers deserve transparency, reasonable delivery expectations, and the option to cancel if those expectations cannot be met. Very disappointing compared to the service I used to receive.

   They are absolutely brilliant. Super fast dispatch and delivery. So easy to consult with doctors. I have ordered twice. Packaging deferred first time from second, but delivery was so prompt, it was unbelievable. Super helpful doctors with great advices. Might be slightly more expensive, but with the care they provide.

   Great customer service. Previous orders very efficient and quick service. When there was an issue with one order (wrong items sent) the customer service response was immediate, the correct items sent, and all done quickly and politely - no hassle or drama. Much appreciated.

   Terrible experience. Ordered quite a few items. After 4 days had no confirmation of order or when l should receive. Only when I contacted them was l told that the order had still not been processed because 1 item was not in stock. Would have been nice if I was updated. It has been over a week and still no items received. Their tracking shows delivered but still nothing. Unacceptable service and staff who don't seem to care. Better off going elsewhere.

   I found what I needed very easily and was extremely happy they are not just blowing wind when they advertise as being competitive: I actually saved money on the product and compared with their competitors- I saved so much I effectively got shipping free! "It just shows that the rest are get rich quick folk who don't actually care for the customer! We are in a recession and they still can't see past their next Bentley!"

   Ordered on line - very efficient. Good notification of dispatch but products never arrived - considerable delay. Chemist4U then told me they were unable to resend the item and refunded me. A total waste of 2 weeks.

   I ordered on a Saturday and paid extra for predicted delivery on Monday. It was not posted till Monday afternoon, so it was impossible to perform to the expectation I'd been given by the website. I had protracted correspondence with their customer service and they refused to see that the delay was their problem, blaming it on Royal Mail. They raised no other reason why there might have been a delay. No offer to refund the difference in delivery cost or yeilding on it being their mistake. If they can't own up to mistakes that is a big issue for staff training.
