   The Toilets were locked. Asked a lady nicely for the code and she ingored me and my kids 3 times. In the end she told the manager (i think) for the code. To which he opened the door. But when I spoke to him, he igored me as well. Soo rude, We shortly left Burger king and went to mc Donalds round corner.

   A 35 minute wait for an order, with only 2 other physical orders in the store. Items missing off the order once we took it home. A burger which was turned into a triple without being ordered and was cold. Another burger which wasn't even on the order, and still somehow came squashed and burnt to the extent it was as dry as leather. A spicy chicken royale, where the staff were repeatedly asking which of the waiting royales was the spicy one. After 5 minutes they took them all to the back to open them up to find the spicy one, and it still was served cold. After 30 minutes and having to ask for the order, the staff didn't give a response and instead seemed to bag what they could and got the order wrong. The counter was swarming with delivery drivers who were also waiting over half an hour for their orders. Poor service, staff who didn't seem to know what was going on and a wrong order with items missing and the wrong ones added after 35 minutes

   Quite clean, Angus burgers are very good in all BURGER KING chains,I try not to eat it very often but it's definitely better than McDonald's

   Use the drive thru and often get order wrong or items missing. Used the burger king app hoping to be better but still missed an item. Make sure avoid it because of this hassle. More often go to macdonalds or Tim Horton's

   Staff were very slow to take my order at the counter. They struggled to process the order on the epos. When the food finally arrived; it was okay but not hot. The dining area was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. There was debris and food waste all over the tables and floor. Not the best BK experience.

   Every time I come here through the drive through I get the XL double bacon and cheeseburger meal. I always get offered to pay more for the extra patty, which I always do. I then get told to wait for my food in the car park. Ten minutes later or so I get my food and drive home and every single time there’s no extra patty. I’ve tried to ring to sort the matter but never get an answer. I thought I’ll drive through and explain and I thought I’d get my money back or a free meal. The manager couldn’t of cared less and simply said I could be lying. Well I think that’s appalling customer service. I said look back a couple of days ago then and she replied saying she couldn’t do that, So I then asked how the matter can be resolved and she then said there’s nothing she can do. When things like this happen at macdonalds and KFC it always gets resolved but instead Burger King just want to keep my money for stuff I haven’t payed for. Won’t be coming here again.

   Burger was nice. But for 10 pound. I got around 3 pound of produce. Medium meal. Chips enough for a baby.. small portion then it used to be alot bigger with the Angus. Burger For 10 pound. Very poor. Had sandwich when got home will stick to MC dee more for money

   Great service and a solid team today, particularly great service from Jordan, who despite clearly needing to complete some sort of spreadsheet was still working front of house to let his team do what they needed to do, and was friendly and professional, helping with various issues. Restaurant was also clean and tidy, everyone else seemed to be served quickly too.
