   If you're reading this because you are wondering where your prescriptions are (like I was earlier) do yourself a favour and get your GP to move you to another pharmacy. I've waited two weeks for medication and had nothing. Worse still, I've had no contact to advise of any issues. Walked up to find out what was going on, since 14 phone calls were hung up on us, only to find that the pharmacy is 'closed'. Eventually managed to get someone to issue our prescription to collect medication elsewhere, but not before they took an hour for lunch.. The whole store. Queues of people at the door including the elderly who have been missing medication for days on end. One elderly lady who was just told to check back tomorrow, no offer of a phone call to confirm medication, no offers of any help at all. Have advised the Well company of my issues, but one look on social media suggests they have the same issues country wide so I'm not expecting anything to change.

   PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! Always found the staff alright, however during the pandemic the organisation has declined a little, hopefully this will improve soon, understandable really. The main negative would be that the store needs cleaning!! It looks dirty and needs a good dusting, I can clean it for yas for a wee price lol. Only so much day staff can do. Update Apr 2022. Seems to have declined somewhat, especially since the Irish pharmacist left (can't remember his name) bit he was good!!! The organisation is a bit manic. Never seem eager to serve, there's about 6 persons at a time and still seems they are struggling. Missed delivery, went in to be told it was with driver and would be delivered. Got back home and card was left.....now I have been calling for 2 hrs and they are ignoring the phone. Don't want to be negative as I know the girls work hard in there but I will be honest. It's a bit all over the place at the moment. Sorry.

   Terrible chemist really since Aileron left the Irish lad, the staff have really gone down, at least he kept all his customers good and cos he made the girls do the job they were supposed to do, now they do as they please ! The place is filthy and so many girls working there, there is no organisation in this chemist.

   Absolutely shocking, from medication errors to long ques. Some staff are absolutely horrible and their customer services are dreadful. I understand you are busy as is everyone else around you, so either more staff is needed to lighten the load or you are in the wrong job! Never answer the phone and when you think someone has its been put down!
