Here and Boots Waterloo just don’t answer the phone. I’ve been ringing for two days now as this Pharmacy isn’t local to me and it just rings out. Terrible customer service.
Waited for nearly 10min before young assistant with long hair came out, then proceeded to serve a gent that had just entered the shop to pick up a prescription. I spoke up and politely said I had been waiting for nearly 10minutes before the gent arrived. The assistant said ‘I didn’t realise you were there’ (apparently I was stood in the ‘wrong place’ however unsure how she could have missed me). She then still went on to serve the gent that had just entered the shop anyway! (the gent also could have shown some manners and let me go ahead). No apology from the assistant and abrupt shown when I was actually served. I never mind waiting if can see if staff are busy however this was plain rude. I’m currently looking after my terminally ill mum and really wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. Will try to avoid this shop in future!
The staff are pleasant but they take ages to do anything. Queues are long and they spend about 15 minutes per person. They can’t just find things quickly. I know it takes long to get people medicine, but no other pharmacy takes this long. Expect to wait between 30 minutes and an hour, even if your medicine is ready.
Absolutely appalling no one servings over counter products massive wait for prescriptions dispenser acted like she was whiling the day away in a coffee shop. Had to leave after 30 min. Never been and will never go back
People seem to grumble about having to wait and it is a busy shop. But..... I've always had top quality service from all the people who work there. They're helpful, understanding and have managed to source meds that I desperately needed once, going out of their way to make sure I didn't run out. I'm there three times a week at the moment, and they always have my script ready for me. I really appreciate the service
Long queue to the door one person serving who kept disappearing. Poor service. Rang today. Won’t answer the phone
One of the worst boots you can go to. Stood there for 5 mins in a queue of 4 people whilst the pharmacist stood there having a personal conversation with someone. Three pharmacy assistants on that morning but all hiding out the back then all of a sudden all three come out like a conveyer belt. Not one attempted to serve people. Wouldn't mind only wanted a packet of bobbles for a quid
What has happened to the staff, they use to be so pleasant. I rang them up to ask if they still had covid testing kits and a nice young lady answered the phone and said yes and that I can collect one. I went in and the lady that served me was quite unpleasant, she told me that I should have gone on line to get a code before collecting which is fair enough but it was her tone. I felt like I had a good telling off. Latest update. I went in today and she was very pleasant to me. I must have caught her on a bad day last time. now moved my feedback from a 1 to 3 star
Slooooooow. I was in the pharmacy today. They are so slow I wonder where their store cupboard is? Behind morrisons? Oh no it was in the drawer behind the counter! One of the store assistants was pre occupied chatting away to a member of the public foe 10 minutes telling him about her weekend and the video on Facebook. Then she said OK who's next? Wow. There was a queue of 6 people in the store by this time. I don't know why this pharmacy is so slow? It's not like they make thr pills. Rant over ...
