Terrible. Have no idea what they’re doing even with emailing them pre order to confirm meds needed. Have moved back to Lloyds after 2 months here. Have not received all my meds either time and chasing them yields nothing. Great idea terrible execution.
Very disappointing service. Beware deliveries are every two months so if your prescription gets updated you'll have to wait till next delivery which is not always in your best interest. I regret signing up before getting my prescription updated on NHS app, finally got my prescription up to date to order and Rightdose reached out about my upcoming delivery. Sent them a screenshot of update which was ordered via NHS app. They assured me they had it and would be popping it into the post. Over a week later delivery arrives. Wrong insulin and missing 14 items. My anxiety has gone through the roof as I have been without some meds over a month (thanks to their delivery schedule) and now running short on some diabetic essentials. Rang them to resolve, phone agent said they would speak with pharmacist and ring me back. Didn't happen. Emailed the inbox, no reply. Bank holiday weekend. Changed pharmacies.
